Very nice and clean apartement in the centre of Orikum. We spend more than a week and had really lovely time. The owners were very kind and helpfull. All went just great! I recommend very much.

O proprietário Stivi foi muito amigável e prestável, ajudou-nos muito durante toda a estadia. O apartamento é renovado e tem todas as necessidades básicas. Apesar de ser distante das melhores praias, está numa zona bem localizada, bastante tranquila e com grande variedade de lojas e restaurantes.
Ser no último andar e o elevador não estar ativo.

Appartamento moderno e accogliente, con aria condizionata, balcone privato, ampia cucina, WiFi, phon e lavatrice. Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Ottima esperienza. La consiglio per chi utilizza l'appartamento come tappa fissa per dormire ma preferisce spostarsi di giorno in giorno per visitare altri luoghi
C'è la predisposizione per l'ascensore ma non era ancora messo in funzione. L'appartamento è all'ultimo piano senza ascensore.

Апартаменти чудові! Ми приїхали пізно вночі, але господар був на зв'язку і зорієнтував нас, як дістатися помешкання. Спочатку було страшнувато, адже вхід у під'їзд знаходиться з внутрішньої сторони будівлі, куди необхідно пройти через арку. Лише вранці ми зрозуміли, що там можна умикнути світло. Апартаменти дуже просторі, сучасні, чисті. Є все необхідне (від фену і туалетного паперу у ванній до різноманітного посуду на кухні). Все працює належним чином. Дуже хороший балкон, з якого відкривається вид на море. До моря пішки прямою дорогою 1 км. Далі праворуч або ліворуч кілометрові пляжі. Берег вкритий галькою, тому бажано мати спеціальне взуття. На пляжах є шезлонги з парасолями по ціні від 5 до 10 євро (на дві особи). Багато маленьких ресторанів і кафе. Ми відпочивали в червні, тому людей було зовсім мало. Температура води близко 26 градусів. Навколо дуже красиві гори! Господар завжди зна зв'язку, швидко реагує на всі ваші запитання. Сам Орікум - невелике селище з чистим повітрям, відсутністю великої кількості людей і машин. Якщо вам потрібен відпочинок від галасу міста - то це ідкальне місце!
Від аеропорту Тірана до Орікума близько 170 км. На таксі 2 - 2,5 години (100-120 євро в один бік). Це треба враховувати (час, бюджет).
