🌊 A peaceful seaside stay with kind people and everything I needed for work and rest.

Goran at the reception was very kind — he even fixed my suitcase and gave me a room with a sea view. The room was quiet and clean, ideal for online work. Wi-Fi download was strong (30+ Mbps), upload around 4–5 Mbps. The kitchen had basics for breakfast, and the balcony view was lovely. Towels were replaced on request. Safe for solo female travelers and smooth communication. 🌊

Nothing really! Maybe just that the upload speed could be a bit higher for heavy online work.

Disappointed

Location near sea.

No water for one afternoon-evening and another day all morning without water. Cleaning was done every 3 days but staff didn’t know what to say about cleaning, stating that is our own responsibility for cleaning. I understood that, but clean towels and sheets should be provided when requested. Ants in the room and bathroom. Beds , mattresses and pillows are so bad . We left with back and neck pain from it. Some of the linen was yellow. Staff called stating that we left and we didn’t settled the payment, when we paid in advance and we had few more days to stay in. After that saying that they messed up the room numbers. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and I would not come back.

Overall it was okay

Location is great and the view is really nice if you book sea-view studio.

The staff didn't contact us in advance about room change. We had to change room after 1 night (total stay of 3 nights). They also never responded on our check-in time request. They said that they don't allow less than 5 nights stay and that was the reason of our room change, which felt like my mistake instead of theirs. No apologies there from them. It's not a problem, but just don't make it as it's the guest's fault in the future. Facilites are outdated and they need some TLC. Better cleaning, sheets and towels that are not stained and wall painting would be nice at this point.

The hotel is near the beach ,beachfront , the manager is very helpfull,friendly. The room was good and the view of the sea was great.We liked very much.

The only two con were the shower wich keeps getting floaded when we took a shower and the second con were the cleaning ladies because in 8 days they cleaned our room only 1 time . These things needs to improve to be better.

Fine for a short stay, weekend, etc. because it is close to Thessaloniki.

Location is right next to the beach. Facility is clean, rooms are spacious.

There is no elevator so you need to bring the baggage on the 3rd floor through the stairs. There is no net on the balcony door so insects can enter easily. Garden view is basically a view to the neighbors because there is no garden on the back.

Broken bed, broken shower head holder, bathroom light kept turning off, smelt other apartments food as if they were cooking in our room, beach was dirty, sea water was like pond water (like swimming in the Thames).

One of our towels was dirty. Never cleaned properly. Something like an old blood stain. The shower was leaking from the floor not properly applied silicone to the glass. Switches were hidden behind the beds. Could have been made better arrangements. The neighbors need to be educated about the silent hours. 00:00 and they were very loud had to take the manners into my own hands to get this resolved. In booking the advertising distance to the airport was 7km... Actually is 17km. If it was 60€ wouldn't care much but for 88€ after a genius discount this was overpriced.

Great location and well equipped but uncomfortable beds.

The location was good and there was available parking. The size of the room was good the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was new and renovated.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the room looked very stylish and new as it is on the pictures shown before we booked but the furniture unfortunately is of very low quality. The balcony was always dirty because there are birds that nest on the sealing of the balcony which makes it really bad for staying on the balcony. You cannot eat or drink because all the time there is dirt from the birds that falls on you. So, no matter that there was a very nice kitchenette fully equipped you cannot really use it because there is nowhere that you can eat (the room does not have space for a table and chairs). Generally, the accommodation has very good potential it just needs to be upgraded, and the cleanness should be improved.

The sea wiew is fantastic! The old boat just a front of your window, and town of Thessaloniki is in a clouds. The spacy room was clean and with a big door so you can fil like on the beach.

The owners think about all details, glases, towels, all is good. Perfect

Costly as anticipated, but the view is great.

I enjoyed the sea view and appreciated the strong Wi-Fi. The staff generally managed concerns effectively. The studio was roomy, tidy, and came with essential kitchenware.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, which was off-putting. It was frustrating that the room wasn't cleaned punctually, especially during a brief stay. We only received new towels and not fresh bed sheets.

One of the best places to stay in agia triada

Clean, modern, they changed towels after 2 night of our stay. We had a studio, seafront with balcony, it was clean and spacious. Very pleasant staff, all of them helpful and nice. Right on the beachfront, but away from the loud noise.

The host was really nice and welcomed us warmly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beach is just a few steps away and there are a lot of great restaurants and cafes nearby.

I wouldn’t stay again although the location couldn’t be better 😉

The location is perfect - being off the season we didn’t get a chance to rate the beach (messy and small) but probably working better during the season - but we were closed to cafes, restaurant, shore and anything we needed. The owner (probably) - really nice, friendly guy, who made us feel welcomed, smooth check in (outside of reception hours) which we appreciate a lot, and additional hour past check out time - thank you!

Room was smelly, especially bathroom, whenever we closed the balcony it was unpleasant to stay in the room. Bathroom - trying our best it was impossible to have a shower without small flood over whole bathroom - that wasn’t convenient, but shower doors was just leaky. All sheets smelled really bad - hard to verify if it was cuz of the room itself. We tried blankets from the closet which was simply unacceptable, didn’t feel fresh at all. Room was noisy, every little morning we could hear all the cleaning, during the night - our neighbors who wasn’t specifically loud. We spotted few ants in the bathroom and on the bed which was obnoxious- we could leave some food over the kitchen but not a reason for insects invasion. We stayed in various places in Greece many, many times and sadly that was the worst experience. Expectations weren’t that high for the little price - just a basic, clean place. Sorry guys 🥲

The location is great, it is right on the beach and thete are a lot of taverns, restaurants near the hotel. 🏖️ There was a cute can near the hotel, she was very cute, calm and loveable. The room was really comfortable with minikitchen which had everything you would possibly need. In the end of the trip reception lady was kind enough to help us with the taxi reservation too. You need about 25 minutes walk to reach Lidl supermarket and there is a pharmacy on the main road as well. We used public transport to reach Thessaloniki, bus number 72 takes you from Agia Triada to Ikea and from there you can take 02K to reach the city center.

We did not understand why, but the bathroom had a little smell issue.
