Nice weekend gateway.

- The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Despite our late arrival, communication and check-in were smooth, efficient and handled with great understanding and ease. - The hotel is conveniently located near the sea and exterior is really nice, with direct access to the main pedestrian walkway along the coastline. - The room size and quality is acceptable for a short stay. - Internet connection was perfectly fine. - Nice small fridge in the room. Overall, it was suitable for a two days, It was cozy for a weekend getaway, specially offseason. But I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer summer vacation.

- Even during the off-season, finding a parking space was challenging. To be fair, many guests parked their cars as if they owned the entire area, without considering space for others. Because of this, the parking difficulty cannot be entirely attributed to the hotel but not enough space for all the guests that’s for sure. - The cleanliness did not fully meet expectations. While the spider webs were minor, the old bedding, with holes was really disappointing, not a showstopper for us but a bummer from hospitality perspective. Additionally, the curtains were misaligned when we arrived it really could have been cleaner, it really gives any guest a bad impression while entering a room like that for the first time. - The sanitary area in the bathroom was poorly maintained and could benefit from better upkeep and attention. In our case non of this was a showstopper and we had no reason to report those during our stay. It’s just a positive reinforcement.

Amazing place

The hotel staff was very nice, offered us anything we asked for. They were really helpful. Rooms were big, clean and everything looked brand new.

The room was way smaller than the photos and there were no toiletries in the bathroom, only one soap dispenser which was broken and didn't work.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST AS PER BOOKING .COM NAME - THERE IS NO SUCH HOTEL

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST AS PER BOOKING .COM NAME - THERE IS NO SUCH HOTEL Spent 2hrs in the middle of the night looking for it - even local taxi was unable to find hotel named as such. Paid in advance for 7 days - BOOKING .COM never replied to complaints about no such hotel existing !! Do also not be fooled by the photographs of the "EXTERNAL ENTRANCE" to the hotel - it does only look like this at the rear (which is not accessable). Stayed(eventually) on 2nd floor with non working elevator which does not help if you are disabled. Had to find (and pay) for new hotel at 1pm (after a 6hr flight) and FINALLY found the hotel - UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME ENTIRELY the following day - DISGRACEFUL

Pleasant

The hotel is nice, quite and clean. The room also was good (except the use of the balcony, see below)

Really big shortage of this hotel is that there is no patio umbrella on the balcony, most important during summer vacations. Instead of enjoy our coffee etc. etc., we had to take the table and the chairs inside in the room (the neighbors did as well) because of the sun. There is no sense , we couldn't enjoy our stay and use of the balcony. We will never came, if knew you don't have it, sorry. Please take this into consideration. Summer in Greece with not umbrella/tent outside anywhere for the quests doesn't work at all!

Stains on the bed linen, stains on the walls, stains and holes on the towels, missing toilet flushing buttons and shower door, rusty shower accessories, hanging lights strip from the ceiling.

Very clean and well equiped apartment hotel at Agia Triada. The hotel is at 1 mins from beach and very new and clean. The room is clean and well equipped. The location is perfect to enjoy Agia Triada beach. The staf is kind and supported us to know how to get there and go to the airport.

A nice holiday destination

The air-conditioning is a big plus, although it’s only in one room so it doesn’t make a huge difference for the bedroom when you’re in one of the bigger apartments. The hotel is really really close to the beach and everything you need (groceries, restaurants…).

The cleaners were very sweet but they didn’t come in every day which was a bit problematic at times (for example our bins were full really quickly and we didn’t have any bin bags).

Ok hotell

Good location next to the beach, bus and local food shop. Good Wifi and air conditioning, hot water, perfectly cleaned towels, kitchen equipped to be able to cook a simple meal.

The check-in is 14:00. We got our keys 40 min later. During our stay (12 nights), the towels and bad sheets were changed after the 3rd night, but not more. We managed anyway but it would be great if cleaning is planned better
