Neighbourhood area , comfortable and size of the rooms.
There isn’t metro station close but there it’s close to bus stops and it’s very close to a train station.

Very welcoming hosts, spacious apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Very clean and quite.
On 3rd floor, no elevator.

Very clean when I arrived. Well resourced in the kitchen and with cleaning products. New windows and heaters, and recently decorated. Location is reasonable - about 30 minute walk to Alecxander Nevsky church (the start of downtown from the east - from there most place are 15 minutes max. There's a number 20 tram 3 minutes from flat which goes to near mosque in town. Serdica Centre is five minutes walk away - cafes, food centre pizza is best VFM), supermarket, etc,
I thought there would be a double bedroom (which there is) and another room with a single bed. But there is only the bedroom (leading to nice balcony), plus bathroom, plus kitchen/lounge/dining room. The latter has an uncomfortable sofabed which would really clutter this room if used. As a sofa it's not comfortable. There is a cot - good if you have a baby, clutter if you don't.
