We a family that just needed one night sleepover without longer stay. The apartment was not clean as I was expecting. Also it looked to us that somebody is living there all the time, and just leaving the apartment when somebody needs to stay over. Location it's not bad, not too far from city center, there is free parking on-premise and also Internet was good, that's it.

Good location for those who want to be near Arena. The apartment has everything that's necessary for a short stay. A lot of interesting details add to its charm.
The apartment could be cleaner and an air-con in the bedroom is a must. It's pretty hot and stuffy without it in summer. A shower cubicle would also be a good idea since it would prevent water leakage.

The location close to the airport. I stayed one night only, so I can tell much about it.
There are some items to be done to the property, as to have a mop with a sponge in the bathroom to be able to dry the excess of water that runs all over it, Many Bulgarian bathrooms have them. The wall on the bedroom needs some painting. The carpet is too old.

Apartment is good, everything that is needed for a couple of nights stay is provided. It is indeed bright, and the location is good. Own parking spot is a great plus. In general - good value for the money.
There were a few flaws on the cleanliness.
