This is an apartment in a quiet and green neighborhood not far from the center.
The apartment is clean and rather spacious, equipped with new and functional appliances and devices.
It has WiFi, two beds, a fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a stove, and an oven.
The hostess was nice and responded quickly.
Not a big deal, but rather a warning to future guests who may find this helpful.
1. Opening the apartment door was challenging. You have to apply more power than with usual doors
2. The bathroom door is hard to lock. I haven't figured it out.
3. After shower, the floor in the bathroom is slippery: be careful.
4. No microwave.

Good location and budget friendly
Missing air-conditioning but that wasn't a serious issue. Some minor TV remote issues.

The apartment is cozy with a nice layout and well equipped. It was clean, quiet and due to the fact that is on first floor with a lot of green in front, it was chill in the night, despite the heat.
The internet was very good.
Overall it was a good stay, we didn`t had any big issues.
Some mentions:
- the pillows not the greatest;
- the bathroom can be a nuisance because of the water after shower, and lack of ventilation;
- we couldn`t find a hairdryer;
- there is no AC or a ventilator, during the night it was ok, but at noon when we return for a rest, it was warm. I don`t know if in July or August is still acceptable.
I consider to be just a little expensive considering all the factors mentions and others.
