Patricia met us and showed us to the property at a time that suited us. It was all so easy. The drive to the property, through the Ashford Castle gates makes this the best place I've ever stayed. It's fantastic.

Wir waren 5 Nächte dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Problemloser Check in, nette Vermieter, Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit den Zutaten für ein "Original Irish breakfast", elegante und zweckmäßige Ausstattung, der hübsche kleine Ort "Cong" war in 15 Minuten durch den Schlosspark zu Fuß zu erreichen, viele Wanderungen in der weiteren Umgebung möglich
Es gibt keinen Garten, nur eine betonierte Fläche mit einem Sitzplatz. Keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Der angrenzende riesige Schlosspark war teilweise aufgrund eines Orkans im Januar durch hunderte von umgestürzten Bäumen ein einziges Chaos und viele Wege waren gesperrt oder faktisch nicht begehbar

A beautiful cottage on the stunning grounds of Ashford castle. Gerard and Patricia were brilliant hosts from start to finish even leaving us some ingredients in the fridge so we could make an Irish breakfast! The cottage has everything you could need. The perfect location and only a 30 min drive to Galway or Westport. The best place to stay in Cong 😊
