We had a lovely stay in Mayo in Helens Self Catering. Our host met us and very kindly showed us the house and chatted with us. The house was lovely with spectacular views. Really nice snacks on arrival, which the kids promptly devoured after the long drive. The house was just 10 mins outside of where we were going out for the evening in Castlebar, so it was so convenient. And a lovely breakfast was left ready for us that we enjoyed very much the next morning, before hitting the road again. Our stay in Helens Self Catering has left a lasting good impression with us and we appreciate the thoughtfulness and kindness from our hosts.

Fantastic host, lovely property with great views. Majella met us upon arrival and was of the perfect host.

It's a home away from home, very comfortable and warm. The Christmas tree was beautiful. The kids loved it.
Majella started the fireplace and helped us settle in well.

The accommodation was comfy, clean & warm.
Majella met us in the village for directions to the property & the lovely gesture of having the bacon & sausages in the fridge for us for brekkie in the morning was really appreciated.
