Clean. comfortable, pleasant setting. Close to our ultimate destination in Palisade.
Hard to find. Must use computer/phone/car navigation. F 1/2 road sign hidden by brush, easy to miss. "Published price" is reasonable; taxes, fees. cleaning costs, etc nearly double the cost. Show those earlier in the selection process so we can see the total cost while we're still shopping.

Super clean, well appointed, and perfectly situated between Grand Junction and Palisades where we needed to be. Host was helpful and this would definitely be a place I would return to and recommend. Convenient to shopping and restaurants, and we even did a drive of Hwy 128 and were back to our unit by 4 pm.

Great location. Biked to several wineries. House was clean. Host was responsive.
The beds are really soft. Three out of three adults woke up with achy backs. No washer or dryer and no access to garage.
