The location between Palisade and Grand Junction is great! The house itself was overall clean and outfitted well for a stay. After initially checking in to drop off our stuff, we left the house for dinner, then returned later to an unfortunate overwhelming wet dog smell that was not previously there. Aside from this, which was quite overpowering, the place had everything needed for a good stay.

This was a very cute, comfortable and clean home for our quick weekend getaway! The location was great since it was minutes from Palisade in one direction and GJ in the other. I would definitely recommend for either a quick getaway or an extended stay!
