Pokoje czyste, pościel czysta, fajne wygodne łóżka. Łazienka i ręczniki czyste. Piękny widok z salonu na Porto. Kuchnia w miare dobrze zaopatrzona w sprzęt: toster, kawiarka, patelnie garnki, czajnik, duża lodówka i zamrażalka. Winda na 4 piętro. Bardzo blisko do centrum z knajpkami, barami, parkami, zabytkami. Pod budynkiem parking osobno płatny. Polecam! 😊
Żelazko było bardzo brudne i spalone, nie udało się uprasowac ubrań, bo by się pobrudziły. Brak ostrego noża i kilku dodatków kuchennych.

Good location near to the center. Self check-in (but for the first time your should wait outside of the building for someone to get inside - the entrance door is closed most of the time).
Not very good noise cancelling of the windows - in the middle of the night you simply hear everything from the outside. There is a hospital over there, so prepare yourself for the noise of the emergency vehicles. Because of that it was also rather cold especially in bedrooms (there is an air condition, but only in the living room).
Kitchen staff should be definitely updated. There was no kettle and we’ve boiled water in a pot for a week. I also asked our host about it and only got an answer, that she doesn’t have one. Also a pan is very old and unusable. There is no dryer for the clothes and no alternative space for drying. Shelf or just a hook near the shower for the towels would be great.
