Excellent neighbourhood, clean property, helpful staff

We needed a sofa bed for our 3rd adult. It was very uncomfortable ( you could feel the wires and metal). We also wanted to turn it back into a sofa to give us more room to move around in the apartment but it wouldn’t open and shut easily without the mattress blocking the mechanism. I would still recommend the apartment but it might be best for 2 people or just don’t try to use the sofa as a sofa bed.

Emilia met us at the front desk and was so kind to welcome us to our suite on the top floor. Any issues we had she promptly responded and resolved them. The suite is spacious, bright and quiet with a large living area and nice bedroom. The area in Porto is trendy and about a 15 minute walk to the major sites.

The bathroom is in need of a little attention. The caulk around the shower is dark and the grout is missing from the floor tiles (not terrible). While we were there the toilet made loud noises and constantly flushed which they fixed right away. Again Emilia promptly responded and made sure we were satisfied. She was so great!

Great location, clean, modern

No lift for cases. If you stayed longer you may want a washing machine.

The first receptionist we met was extremely friendly and helpful, very pleasant person. Very roomy place and is located in quite a "artsy" district.

Not really a hotel, more of an apartment renting experience. After a day we noticed mold in the shower, when we told the other receptionist she said it would be looked at by the cleaning staff. When we came back we noticed it was still there and a sponge was added to our shower. It was probably a mistake and they told us it was but it felt a bit disrespectful. After that it was still not clean so they sent another cleaning crew and said it was stained, which is just not true I could wipe it off with my fingers! overal just frustrating experience.
