公寓整体干净，整洁。每个房间都有暖气。床垫还算舒适，有很多枕头。有两个厕所。毛巾和浴巾都很干净。热水很好，水压足，淋浴舒适，有足够的洗手液和厕所纸。厨房设备齐全，干净。街区比较安静，出行方便，步行两三分钟就到水晶宫花园。其他景点也都在步行范围之内。周围有很多价格亲民、口味很好的餐厅，超市也很近。有很多电视频道可以看，网速也很好。房东很乐于助人，我们本来希望在回程那天将行李寄存在公寓里，房东很爽快的答应了。虽然最后没有寄存，但房东之前的回复还是让我们很暖心❤️
浴室里的厕所非常靠近盥洗池，所以高个子上厕所得侧着身子😅 浴室里缺少一个插头，吹头发很不方便。厨房除了盐和糖之外，没有其他调味品，所以不适合自己做饭。对于像我们这样住一周的客人来说，如果能准备两套毛巾/浴巾就更好了。卧室里简易挂衣服架子有点摇摇欲坠的感觉，如果有衣柜和床头柜就完美了。浴室侧面漏水，所以我们每次洗澡都要用一条毛巾铺在地上，以免水流得满地都是，甚至导致滑倒。关于如何取钥匙的视频，如果最后一步能再清楚一点就更好了——我们到的时候是半夜，不想打电话打扰房东，当时花了点时间才取出来钥匙。公寓在二楼，没有电梯，有大件行李的要做好心理准备。

Barrio tranquilo y bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad, se puede ir a pie como en autobús. El piso es cómodo y esta muy bien en calidad-precio.
Se escapaba el agua de la mampara de la ducha, no sé si era porque lo poníamos mal, pero para tener en cuenta.
