Modern and comfortable

The manager is very nice lady, the whole building is nicely done and modern. Rooms are clean and maintained too!

The nearby beach is very rocky and not suitable for children but there was nothing we didn't like about the property itself.

Excellent family establishment

The host is an amazing family ! They made every thing possible to make us comfortable. They offered us cucumbers from their garden and a nice bottle of wine ! We will be back again on the way to France !

Perfect vacation

Everything was great! Clean rooms, excellent location only 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to central streets. We will stay in this place again! Just perfect!

Very good

I liked the fact that is quiet either during the day or by night. The room had a pool view, which was nice. The pool is on the smaller side, but it does the job of cooling you pretty well in the hot summer evenings/nights. The staff was always helpful (thank you again for your continuous support during our stay) and with a smile on their face.

Not a big one but...the room we had was designed for people with disabillities, we enjoyed the extra space, but since the shower had no glass, all the water from the shower got in all the bathroom needing constant swiping. As I understood, all the rooms provide more or less the same situation so.. Other than that, nothing.

Spotlessly clean and good location

Spotlessly clean. Near beach and town centre but in a quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel like at home. We just got home after staying 3 week in Makris Luxury Rooms and we can't wait to come back again next year. A special big thanks to Katarina, whose hard work keeps everything running smoothly, Kelly at the pool, who always greets you with a smile, Eleni on the front desk who was always so helpful and all the Makris family who made our stay so special.

Excelent vacation

Close to the beach, clean, very friendly host. The room has everything you need. The pool îs beautiful and clean. A location with a spectaculos sea water.

The pool îs not big and If you have bad luck to find the same 2 men at the pool from the opening to the closing time, every day ...you loose your appetite for the pool. But this was not the host fault.

The owners are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you with anything to make your time in Leptokarya more comfortable. I went with my partner and baby and my parents and everyone was made to feel at home.

Lovely, friendly and perfect location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Makris. The location was perfect, only a couple of minutes away from the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The air conditioning was a serious plus for us as we are Irish. The whole place was spotlessly clean. If we are lucky enough to visit again we will definitely be staying there.

Hidden gem, amazing staff!

We stayed there recently with a large group for a family wedding. The hotel is a hidden gem, beautiful location with amazing staff who couldn't do anymore for our family. The whole facility was very clean and the owners were more than accommodating with any request that we had.

Makris Hotel is great! It’s located at quiet and peaceful place, but it is very close to the center and the beach. Our room was nice and clean. The hosts are very kind and positive which made our stay even more beautiful. We are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel and hope that we’ll visit it again.

The hotel is new, clean and modern. It features a swimming pool and a terrace. Parking is always possible. The staff are very kind.

These are friendly advice, not criticism; A balcony without shelter is absolutely unacceptable. The first part of the day is impossible to sit on because it's directly exposed to the sun. There's a water heating machine missing in the kitchen, so you can't make your own coffee. In the bathroom is missing hairdyer. The hotel is obviously not complete yet and there is no professional manager, who would better arrange accommodation. I hope these deficiencies improve and it will be a great hotel.

Best Place to relax after climbing mt. Olympus. The host(ess) are enourmously friendly and hospitable. The room is very tidy and well organised. The shared space is open, nicely decorated and well maintained. If we would come back to Mt. Olympus or surroundings, we come back to Makris 10/10.
