All together a highly recommended house for vacation.

We spent 4 nights in this great house with the lovely view. The house is beautiful and renovated and was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, baking and preparing meals at home. The fridge was full with groceries such as fruits & vegetables, breads, milk and soft drinks and there were also groceries in the cupboards for guests to use. The hostess left notes and instructions on how to operate things in the house which was useful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the second and there is no access between them (meaning you have to leave the house to get to the second floor) so it is less suitable for families with small children. The balcony overlooks a beautiful view and fun to sit in. Unfortunately, it was cold while we were there and the heater did not work.

Decent low budget getaway if you really want just to relax and get away.

Small family run hotel. The hotel is not in the main area so there is little noise and the beach is almost empty. There's a pool which serves the hotel guests. The beach beds are free and you can take them to the beach if you prefer. The restaurant is also ok if you don't want to walk all the way to town.

The rooms are really small and the furniture is a bit dated, but for the price I think it's a good deal. The beach is rocky and you need shoes to not hurt your feet.

Good location, value and great staff!

The room and hotel was very clean and location was good for our needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained. The A/C worked well and overall was a good value.

The bed was not the most comfortable and the lack of a shower curtain and poorly sloped bathroom floor left water standing after showers that had to be wiped up as it didn't drain properly in our room.

Ehh ok place, customer service needs improvement

Nice building, especially the restaurant and reception area

I had booked 4 nights in a frontal ocean view room, large triple room with desk. When I arrived they told me they were all taken a d there's nothing they can do (or cared to do) and they gave me a very smalll side view room. Literally I did not have room to store my luggage. The 2 patio doors/windows were Matt from.the salt or who knows what else, so the side view of the water was only from the patio,not from inside the room lol. I did not feel comfortable at all, The room.did not feel clean. Very basic 1 star hotel feel to it. As it was late and had no choice, I decided to stay the night and depart the next morning. I let them know and of course they did t like that. The manager was very aggressive and defensive both in the evening and the next morning. Until I told him to calm down, things happen, mistakes happen in assigning the rooms and I get it. I understand him.and he has to understand my side too. I will early depart and don't expect to.pay for more than one night. He was fine after that and all good. The beach was not nice at all there, very rocky and with construction debris. The address of the hotel says Leptokaria but is not near the main part of the resort where the shops and restaurants are. Quite far.

Great place for staying

The place was great, the staff was very kind and helpful, the place was clean and the prices of the restaurant are good. The area is quiet and there are shops nearby. Amazing view from the rooms, you can see both mountain and sea.

Some little problems with the door closing and opening on one of the rooms. The shower head had to be held with the hand when using.

Perfect choice on the beach and near the Olympus

Perfect location - only one street separates the hotel from the sea. Excellent cleanliness, very good owners, excellent communication.

Dreamy Leptokaryja

This apartment is amazing. Hotel has such nice staff, its on the sea, you have your own parking and your own pool with free beach beds, pool service with really good prices. Leptokaryja is such a lovely small place. Its really near Olympus, Litochoro, Dion, even Thessaloniki isnt far.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό, σε ωραια τοποθεσία, η θαλασσα είναι ακριβώς απεναντι, ο μικρός είχε τρελλαθεί με την πισίνα...Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.... Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.... Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.....

Es war durchwachsen.

Es war sauber,die Lage war super,das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig ,Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Das Personal war sehr unmotiviert man musste lange warten bis man bedient wird teilweise auch unfreundlich auch sprachlich sehr schlecht ausgebildet.
