If you're looking for a calm and relaxing vacation, this is the perfect place for you. You’ll feel just like home thanks to the wonderful Eleni, her warm smile and positive energy. She is always available and happy to help her guests.
The location is ideal – the beach is literally in front of the studio, and the center of Leptokarya is just a 10-minute walk away. Personally, I found this to be a great advantage, as it means you can avoid the crowds and enjoy a peaceful day at the beach. You can relax at Havana Beach Bar or simply lay out your own towels.
The studio has a beautiful garden, the rooms are clean, sheets and towels are changed every two days to keep everything fresh and comfortable. During my stay, I met families who have been coming here for 32 years – which speaks volumes about the hosts.
On top of everything, the studio is pet-friendly, and my dog truly enjoyed the vacation too! Eleni will always have my full recommendation, and I’ll definitely be coming back every summer because this place is perfect for recharging your batteries.

We enjoyed this vacation so much! It is in a less crowded part of Leptokarya which is great cause there is more space at the beach, which is 5 steps away from the apartment 😊 and still stores and restaurants are super close, so location is the best you can choose in this area. The apartment had everything we needed and the host, Elena, is extraordinary friendly and when we discovered I miscounted the days of our stay (I thought our check out is a day after it actually was) she managed to arrange some guests of hers to come a day later so we can extend for one more day, which really meant a lot that someone cares that much. 100% recommend!

Elena took good care of us and made sure that we felt at home. She even upgraded us to a sea view because there was no one else booked in the apartment which was very nice of her. The location of the apartment is fantastic.
There was dust on the furniture and the plates had grime from lack of washing. The shower tray was leaking into the bathroom as well.
