Exceptional stay – clean, cozy, and welcoming!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment! The location is peaceful and still close enough to the beach, just a short walk away. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a lovely mountain view and a hammock – perfect for relaxing after a day at the sea. The hygiene was truly exceptional. Towels and bed linen were changed every other day, and everything was spotless from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that the hosts really care about cleanliness and guest comfort. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. They let us check in earlier than planned, which we really appreciated. Before our trip, they also gave us great directions and advice on how to reach Leptokarya easily using public transport. All in all, a very pleasant stay with warm hospitality, great cleanliness, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The available parking lot, the hospitality, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. The host made sure to clean every 2 days. The communication was good. The location is perfect in terms of closeness to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.

Sometimes the noise from outside can be too loud because of passing cars and trains but it's bearable.

Great accommodation, extremely clean, very good facilities (huge terrace, small but very useful kitchen, good bathroom, new furniture), very friendly hosts, good location (in proximity to all the needed things), great view and pet friendly! We will definitely come back!

At first you may notice the trains and the noise from the streets, but after 1 day you will love the whole experience. In the evening the place comes to life!

Everything was more than great and we felt at home. The hosts were very friendly and reliable. We had an excellent stay.

There was no coffee machine and the noise from the train station was a bit loud, but this didnt ruin our stay. And it was a great value for money.

Fantastic location right in the middle of Leptokaria. Close to the beach and to the old town.

We liked everything, staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was like new and spotless. Any outside noise was cut off once we closed the balcony, it was very soundproof. Was lovely to wake up by the church bells. Free off road parking was a bonus. Also, supermarket is very close. We will definitely stay again, when we visit Leptokaria in the future.

We liked everything. Even if it is in very busy location, we had a great sleep and loved the busy street.

A lovely find and great value too

A lovely property within a few minutes of the beach. The room is a good size and well laid out with a wet room and a kitchenette. The beds are comfortable and the towels soft.

Amazing place!

What a beautiful place! The owners gave us a parking spot and they upgraded our room for free! So we had a very big room, with a nice terrace with view on the olympus mount! The room was very clean anf comfy. The hotel is in a very good position, just few mins walking from the beach and close to a market and restaurants and bars. Dog friendly!

Comfortable beds, private garage for the vehicle. Apartment is new and very clean. Huge terrasse. Very polite host.

The most beautiful place we have ever been to, in Leptokaria. Everything is selected and done with a lot of attention, cleanliness is at the highest possible level and there is a security parking for your car. The owners are the most wonderful people we have ever met, they are extremely kind and friendly. No matter how much is written about them and Botique Pelayo is not enough. If you decide to spend your vacation in Leptokaria go to Boutique Pelayo, you will not regret.
