If you need a hotel near the sea with a good price/quality ratio, choose this hotel.

The rooms were clean, and the hotel was close to both the beach and the city center. If you had any questions or requests, you could ask Katerina for anything. An additional plus was the parking lot right outside the hotel. Overall, it met my expectations 100%, and I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

To be honest, I had no complaints, everything was fine and in line with the offer presented.

Perfect for both sea (Aegean sea) and mountain (Olymp).

Our family always look for clean places to stay. From this point of view the Sunshine Apartments were 10 out of 10. But what really matters is the people - Katerina was one of the best host I met. There are free parking lots, TV, high speed Internet, Aer condtitioning (clean ones that don't smell as wet socks when you open them :D ). All doors had mosquito stoppers and the big balcony had his own shader. Loved it. Thank you <3

Nothing to write here.... the place is what I needed. Probably the TV stations there were a little too greek for me (and with old movies).

Very clean and comfortable apartment. All new, well organized, nice host, easy checkin. 3 min to the beach and tavernas/caffès. All good, can truly recommend.

No negative impressions, all was good, I even prolonged the stay for one more night

Amazing host, not far from not-crowded beach. All stuff you need available, new apartments.

Noise isolation is very poor. If you are "lucky" with party of your neighbours - you will have sleeplessness night.

Superb

The personnel is very nice, we even got a free room update..Everything in the room is new and clean. You can use the air conditioning free of charge, unlike other properties that charge for this. There is a strong WiFi signal in the room and outside. The balcony is spacious. The apartment is close to the beach and there is free parking next to the building.

Soundproofing is bad, you can hear everything from the room next to to you and the hallway. The balconies are not very private, you can see through the bareer between them. The road around then apartment has no asphalt just yet, but I believe this is beacause the facility is still new.

very good esperience. Good value for the money

The room was clean, the staff was kind, we asked if it was possible to cook our dinner and the owner brought us a stove and a pan. The room is big and it has a boiler, a fridge and dishes and the terrace is beautiful.

The shower curtain is not very comfortable.

There is one beach close to the hotel. As well as a tavern at the same beach. But both the beach and tavern are average. Hotel room is clean, furniture is new. Staff is helpful and polite. There is a restaurant in the hotel. But we didn't try it.

Room is long but narrow and only one window doesn't provide enough daylight as per my taste. The sink was clogged and as we have only one night we hadn't inform the personnel until the morning. We discovered this quite late.

It is ok for few days tourism at the Olymp mountain.

The triple room is with one double and one single beds, despite being with three single beds. The hotel is noisy, you can hear everything. The basement rooms are not comfortable. I didn’t like the beach and the town at all.

The apartments are brand new, modern and well eqipped, tastefully arranged and very clean. Owner Katerina is very kind and helpful, always available for everything you need. Beach, markets, bakery shops, coffee bars, shops, taverns, fast foods... everything is nearby.
