Nice place, noisy pump above your head in the attic!

The property is in great condition and well set up to host guests. It was clean and the host was responsive via booking.com messaging.

We had to check out one night early as the noise from the pump in the attic was very bad. It came on 15-20 times a night and was very loud such that on the last night we decided we had to leave early. It was a shame as I had been looking forward to a good rest! The host acknowledged that perhaps the pump was coming on more due to the cold weather and thanked us for our stay.

So clean and convenient to everything in Buncrana. Very comfortable and suited our party of 3.

Hot water can take a bit of time to heat up if you forget to give it a boost in the morning..but it's only a minor point.

August stay

Hosts were very helpful providing loads of info on places to visit, good bars and restaurants, and everything you'd need to know about the property itself before we arrived. Property itself is very well located and is decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Looks small from the outside but is very spacious and well laid out. Also good value for money. Would recommend and would stay here again if visiting this area!

Nothing at all wrong. Only if I were to advise on improvements, some motion sensetive lights out the back of property would be a great addition and possibly internal lock on inner entrance door (only because we have a escape artist/runner in the family so good to be locked down properly at night).

Location was great the host was very welcoming gave great advice where to eat and visit.Donegal has beautiful scenery also Buncrana is a lovely town well worth a visit and really friendly people😃

A cozy stay in an ideal location.

The host was kind and helpful from the very beginning. The apartment is cozy and clean, and the location is great. The only downside was that some of the switches in the kitchen weren't working, but it didn't impact our stay. I would definitely come back here!

Flattered to Deceive.

Great location. Beautiful property & decor throughout.

Really needed a deep clean. Sofa in living area had pubic hair, toenail clippings and dirt/dust in between cushions. Blanket underneath it, to use for sofa/bed had a real musty/damp smell. Cobwebs clearly visible throughout stonework in main walls in living area and bedrooms. Dust/dirt clearly visible down behind toilet seat lid. Faded blood stain on pillow case on one of the single beds also. One of the bowls in cupboard was put away without being washed. We didn't stay for the 2nd night we had paid for as a result and once I contacted property to explain we would not be staying the 2nd night & we were on our way home, I was made feel it was my fault for not reporting it upon arrival. I explained kids weren't comfortable sleeping in the place another night after discovering things mentioned above. Never once was there any discussion about a partial refund either, blamed dirt etc on trial cleaners being used but majority of the issues we highlighted are as a result of a longer time scale than just a previous guest before us. That's for sure.

Great location, nice modern apartment

Great location, only a short walk to the Main Street of the town. Lovely modern apartment and great space, nice and clean too. Kitchen is well equipped. Loved the bathroom.

Our only downside was the twin room as it had no windows only a “tunnel” skylight which isn’t great during the summer if you are a light sleeper as the room gets bright very early in the morning.

Ideal property in an ideal location

In a great location, only a short walk to Buncrana Town Centre. Was perfectly clean on arrival. We had a small issue with the lights in one of the apartments which was resolved soon after informing the owner.
