We had a private entrance, the room is large and comfortable! I was very happy and enjoyed it very much!
It's true that John gives you the option of breakfast, but where I stayed we had everything except cooking facilities. It would be great to have an air fryer or something like that so we could cook in the same place! But anyway, it's not a big deal!

Great location with parking on site. Large comfortable room. Good breakfast.
Room not a advertised (no separate living room / bedroom and no minibar). Breakfast room not particularly clean; blood stains in linen, bathroom not clean).
