Dedaj Resort - Villa Auri

The apartment was absolutely spotless and had kick ass air conditioning which is extremely important to me. Hosts were very kind and instantly available in person, not always the case with apartment bookings. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was very close which I appreciate as I travel with lots of stuff.

The only suggestion would be black out curtains for sleeping. The curtains provided excellent privacy but allowed sunlight to filter through and I like to sleep in. I travel with an eye mask so it wasn’t a big deal but I do love a pitch black room.

It was an easy hour walk to the old city what gave us a beautiful view of the city. Franko helped us check in and was really helpful with recommendations of amazing restaurants. Also is had the most beautiful view af the sea! We can't say more than it was perfect and we will come back 😁

Absolutely Perfect Stay! I have stayed at countless hotels over the years, but I have never experienced hospitality like this before truly outstanding. The room was spacious, beautifully equipped, and had everything one could possibly need. A real highlight was the terrace on both sides, offering breathtaking sea views. The location is unbeatable the beach is literally right in front of the property, just a few steps away. Everything was simply perfect from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back and can recommend this place without hesitation!

Everything was perfect.

Location was amazing, you could see the sea on the sides from the terrace and it is close to nice restaurants. Very kind and caring staff happy to help with anything. The apartments are beautiful, new and clean. Wonderful rooms and a very modern bathroom and kitchen. A cleaning lady makes sure you have a clean apartment and towels anything you need. 10/10 would definitely recommend to everybody.

Everything was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The apartment was super clean and had everything you could need. If I needed something the staff was very quick to assist. I have stayed here three times because of the excellent service and will again the next time I travel to Zadar.

Wonderful, clean, well situated.

You could make very nice coffee at the poolvaarder, but it would be nice to have a nespesso machine and milk creamer in the appartment. A washing machine and a dryer for shared use would also be even more convenient. But that are just very small things. It was absolutely beautiful.

As usual, the property and hosts met all of our expectations. It is in a great location, with the beach, a very good restaurant, and a small food mart within 2–3-minute walk from the villas. The staff there always made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. It is our go-to location in Zadar!

There is not much to complain about at the facility. The internet was spotty at times, but I believe it was a problem throughout the city, because of all the tourist visiting, which put a major strain on the communications infrastructure.

Spotless, beautiful and very well appointed. Great location and super helpful staff.

Only downfall was not having somewhere to shower or use the bathroom after checking out as we didn't fly till later.

Wow what a fantastic apartment complex …the apartment itself was modern,clean and spacious,with air con in every room and large sliding glass doors to open it right up…the pool(10metres long) overlooks the beach and great space for chilling and sunbathing…nice touch of a nespresso coffee and fridge with soft drinks/beer/wine to purchase..location was perfect only a short bud ride(number 8) into the city…the staff were amazing…Martina and her family were very welcoming and helpful…even sorted a birthday cake for sons 16th bday and let us stay by the poolside after checkout due to a late flight…we will only stay here on return.

The building is new. Is expensive but the apartment is luxurious with 3 bathrooms and 2 terraces and plenty of space. The appliances are new and perfectly functional. Franco answered quickly to all our questions and mr Lon - the owner was the perfect host. They have also a small pool on the first floor. The beach and a small restaurant are nearby and center of Zadar is 10 min away (6 euro by Bolt).

Wow! What a stay! We were amazed by the lovely and cozy apartment. We stayed in May in pre-season and received a great welcome by the lovely Martina. She was very kind to us and generous also. She speaks also good czech, which was a nice bonus for us also. :-) The beach was very close and everything in Zadar Center easily reacheable by Bolt. Would recommend for 100%. Enjoy!

Where to start… We had such a wonderful time at Villa Auri! From the prestine room/apartment (fully equipped with top of the line furniture and equipment) to the goergous location... we felt like home! We also felt like home due to the amazing family that own the Villa - the Dedaj family. All members of the family went above and beyond to make this the absolute best experience. Thank you Mrs.,Mr. Dedaj and Martina for the warm welcome and all the special attention. You made this experience one that we will cherish forever. The property has won an award for the best architecture in Croatia and we can understand why. The common areas on the second floor with a beautiful pool, self serve café/bar and seating areas offer a wonderful view of the Borik beach. We spent every morning with a delicious Nespresso coffee on the large terrasse enjoying the view and the pool. Our son was impressed with the two pet turtles on the property making it extra special for him. The rooms are beyond clean but also extremely comfortable. Everything is modern and the small details make all the difference... from the fresh smell of the bed sheets to the fully equipped kitchenette. The convenient parking space right on the property included in the price is an asset. The location is perfect- a few steps to one of the best beach in Zadar (Borik) with a choice of pebbles or sand and many delicious restaurants within walking distance (Šime restaurant - the best pizza!). You can also walk to Zadar old town in 30 minutes. This was such an amazing experience that we decided to book our next visit in August already. This time we will take their newly finished 2-bedroom apartment. We had the chance to visit one of them and they are absolutely perfect. We strongly recommend Villa Auri - contact Martina and she'll make the booking for you! Looking forward to our return soon.

Amazing property! very clean & well maintained. The host is very kind and helped us with recommendations for lunch & dinner :) Its very close to the beach and has a nice patio. I would definately visit again!

Gorgeous villa. Super clean, smelling freshly, comfy beds. Apartments beautiful designed. Every detail makes the stay perfect. Lovely garden with turtles. Lovely swimming pool. Location great just on the beach. The owners super soulful and helpful. We prolonged our stay by one more day because we loved the place so much. They offered us 2bedroom apartment that was free and it was just amazing with 2 showers, 3WC, equiped kitchen & beautiful design bedrooms. We got all what we would need in the apartment starting from salt and pepper in the kitchen and ending with beach towels. We got bottle of wine from owners which made us feel so much welcomed. Definitely will come back again!

The apartment was amazing in every way, modern, clean, spacious and excellently located across the road from the beach. Shops and restaurants are all within a few hundred metres.

Nothing really. The third bathroom is probably a waste. A balcony would have been a bonus but it felt very much like we had one as the windows roll right back which brings the outside in. So it wasnt really a negative.

Modern apartment! It was visible that everything used inside from the furniture to the kitchen appliances are of high quality. Spacious. Two bathrooms, big living room, bedrooms with terrace. The terrace is amazing. Loved drinking coffee in the morning in the greenness of the terrace. Location is top. Second row from the beach. Definitely will visit again!

Laura helped me a lot when I was there. She sent me links for activities, food and takeaway, etc. she always replied to my message quickly and solved my problems quickly! Super impressive! The room is also nice and clean! Big!

Everything is new and very comfortable. The staff taking care of us was great and it is close to a nice small beach. 10min taxi or bus away from Zadar old town.

The apartment is situated a few steps to the beach and well equipped. Everything is brand new and classy. We liked the two terraces we had and the swimming pool area. The owner is amazing. He looked after us with care and attention offering help and cherishing us with some nice treats. We had a great time there, thank u!
