Friendly host, fresh rooms, and chill mornings by the pool.

We arrived really late at night and Olga, the manager, had waited up for us. Genuine smile, instant good vibes. She welcomed us like old friends, showed us around, and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, one of the kindest check-ins I’ve ever had. The setting is peaceful and green, surrounded by pine and olive trees that give the place a calm, Mediterranean vibe. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. Breakfast by the pool was relaxed and low-key, perfect before heading out. And when we were leaving, Olga gave us a jar of their own olives as a gift. A small gesture, but it really says everything about the hospitality here. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for something authentic, clean, and hosted by someone who truly cares.

Wonderful for a family vacation.

Olga is amazing. She is friendly, attentive to the needs of those staying there and always available when you need her. The location is beautiful in terms of the nearby forest, it is quiet, there is enough parking, you also have some safe food options, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast and pizza are very tasty + the pistachio ice cream is 100% worth trying.

There isn't that much variety at breakfast or during the rest of the day, and without a car you don't really have access to the beach.

An unforgettable stay!

Sani Verde is truly a gem in Halkidiki. We were treated amazingly. The rooms were nice and very clean and the outside space was very comfortable and pretty. The pool had an amazing view for the forest and wheat fields. The rooms are surrounded by olive trees as well. The breakfast was full of fresh vegetables and traditional Greek sweets. The staff was incredibly and especially Olga, the manager, made sure that we were always comfortable. She really made our family trip memorable.

Absolutely perfect place (even more so if you have small kids)

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location, the rooms, the cleanliness, the space outside (full of trees, greenery, a beautiful big pool, a beach bar with good food), a very good breakfast by the pool, a very well-equipped playground for kids. Also very quiet at night. And, last but not least, Olga and the staff at the bar were lovely and very helpful.

A lovely relaxing stay with super friendly staff

The host - Olga, was super friendly and welcoming. It was really helpful to have her contact and local advice and it was lovely to see her at breakfast every morning. The room and pool were lovely and the views of the forest from our balcony were great. We enjoyed the change of having a breakfast buffet down by the pool, allowing us to choose what we fancied each morning.

There were quite a few flies, spiders and mosquitos but that’s to be expected of a property near a forest. The air conditioning could have been colder and the bathroom would get a bit smelly sometimes.

Sani Verde is located in nature, but is still close to great beaches and restaurants with a short car ride. The hotel garden and pool area is BEAUTIFUL and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. We stayed for three nights and were very sad to leave. Great value for the price and Olga is an amazing host! Thanks!

Instant relaxation, beautiful setting and great staff!

With only a small number of rooms it felt like a very intimate and friendly environment. The pool , the grounds , the facilities and the rooms were immaculate and beautifully maintained with a very modern, trendy and luxurious finish. You can do a short hike or a short drive to nice beaches and use it as a base to explore Halkidiki, but we loved just being around the pool which is lovely and overlooks a wild meadow of sunflowers and pine woods. This is a place you immediately feel relaxed and welcome. Most of all, Olga and the team were amazing. They have a relaxed, welcoming approach whilst being very attentive and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they really went the extra mile. 10 out of 10!

Excellent resort for a good time in Sani

This is a gem. The resort is quite new and very well maintained. The staff is super friendly and Olga is there to help you with everything you need. The family rooms are not particularly big, but since you mostly spend your time outside thats not a problem. In the morning you can pick up your breakfast from the bar and eat it on your own terrace which I really like. It's a small resort so it's pretty quiet, and the pool is very nice. The food from the pool bar is good. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave so we didn't feel like using the BBQ and pizza oven, but if we ever visit again we will for sure!

The only thing I could think of is that it is situated near the forest so in the evening there are mosquitos but they provide these smokey things for that and nothing a little anti mosquito spray wont solve :)

Amazing peaceful place with good service

The atmosphere at Sani Verde is fantastic and in nature. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is an excellent place. The beach and restaurants need to be reached by car, but the advantage is that when you return to Sani Verde after a whole day spent in the "busy Sani area", you return to a peaceful oasis of calm, which suited us very well. The pool was open until late at night, so we often used it after coming back from dinner. Olga's assistance and recommendations for restaurants and beaches were very helpful and the staff was very nice. Every day the apartment was cleaned and it was great, we did not expect that:). We would love to come back to Sani Verde.

Wonderful oasis in a greek countryside

Everything was beyond our expectations. The host Olga was highly professional prior to our arrival, as well as during our entire stay. She helped us to arrange the car rental, as well as answered all of our questions and needs. The area of Sani Verde is very quite and truly an oasis for relaxation. We adored all the details that were in the room ( well equipped kitchen, high quality mattress, no sound heard from the neighbours, wonderful view) that made the whole stay perfect and comfortable. The staff in the pool bar was super kind, generous and always helpful. The area was very quiet but all the wonderful beaches were reachable within 5-10 min car drive. I think that even the most delicate and picky visitors will have their needs met.

An amazing hotel where you can chill and enjoy your vacation. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with crisp bed sheets and clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! Sani Verde in Sani Beach is a real masterpiece. The apartments are very nice, new and clean with private parking. Located with the best swimming pool, garden, bar, and nature with plenty of olive trees. You feel like you are in a Paradise!🌱 The owner Olga is a very caring, polite and professional person and the staff are very helpful and kind. The breakfast is served in a very creative way as in a basket full with plenty of things. I highly recommend it because you cannot miss this awesome place, 10/10! 💯

Wow! Our stay was amazing, no less! First of all the surrounding is so beautiful, inside nature. The Hotel is new, the area of the pool is perfect, so pleasant and inviting, along with the pool bar. The team was so kind and helpfull with anything we needed. We will come back for sure!!!
