the villa is very clean,the towels are clean. The kitchen had everything in it. no need to buy cups or pots. The location was amazing and relaxing. It is full of trees and beautiful nature. It was calm without noise. The owners are really polite and helpful. They put for us a big plate of fruits, water and a bottle of delicious wine.

Amazing villa that is located in a pine forest area which makes the heat bearable while still in a very close proximity to a great beach. The villa has beautiful garden, it is in front of the swimming pool and the area is really quiet. The host is a great person that you can always count on, hospitable.

Amazing holidays !!!

That was amazing holidays. Greek stile 3 bedroom villa was perfect. It is white and clean. It also has big lovely garden and a swimming pool. Owners are nice people. And their cheese pie l will never forget!!! That is obviously the best villa in Stavronikita.

a vacation in the true sense of the word

One of the best locations in Halkidiki The property located in a pine forest benefits from a sensational garden, an extraordinarily clean and warm swimming pool, a very comfortable home with an interesting architecture. The facilities are much above average and I don't think we found anything to miss The owners were far too nice and helpful with us I received all the necessary information Thank you for everything!

Clean, tidy and comfortable. Very nice owners and gave us gifts. Good communication and efficiency. Shower was warm and good. 10 minutes walk up and down hill from Villa to Sani Club. We eat breakfast there.

The owners are very kind, the vila is very clean and the garden is amazing. Everything was perfect. Moreover, the location is very good, near a wonderful beach. I really recommend this vila for those who want a quite trip with family.

We had a really great week at Villa Maria!

The house was lovely, set within a large beautiful garden and the swimming pool was great with very few others using it. The hosts were really friendly, helpful and generous. There is a shop, food take-away and taverna at Blue Dreams campsite which is a walk away. It is also a good place to go to get onto Sani Beach. There are various good restaurants associated with the Sani hotels (although quite expensive) and at the Marina (we liked Taverna Alexis). There is lots to do and see in the area and it's less than an hour's drive to Sithonia where we were able to go sea kayaking (https://www.seakayakhalkidiki.gr).

There wasn't anything major that we didn't like but would recommend spending some time away from the Sani resort/hotels area to see some of the real Greece.

Bardzo duży i głęboki basen (ok. 10x20 metrów, głębokość od 1.5 do 3m). Jest dostępny dla ok. 20 domków ale tłoku nie ma. Proszą o niekorzystanie od 15.00 do 18.00. Domek super położony, w pięknym ogrodzie. Klimatyzacja w górnych sypialniach ok, na dole w sypialni brak ale jest w salonie z aneksem kuchennym. Łóżka z wygodnymi materacami. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Jedynie sofy w salonie są bardzo nieestetyczne (białe skóry wyglądają na brudne i zniszczone). Miły i uczynny gospodarz. Chętnie wrócę!
