Lothian Road - perfect city centre location.

The location is excellent. Check in was easy. Lovely large rooms. Beds comfy. Pretty well stocked kitchen and a dishwasher and washing machine.

If you need to consider this the stairs are quite steep and narrow. The property has been well loved since it was done up and needs a little tlc. There is only one loo and one shower (in separate rooms) but if 6 people were staying and on the same schedule this might be a problem. We couldn’t find a clothes drying rack.

L'appartement est super grand, les chambres exceptionnelles, la cuisine est hyper bien équipée. Il est bien situé.

Le pommeau de douche fuite un peu, on entend facilement les bruits de rues la nuit

Clean & well presented, nicely furnished & plenty of room. Great location. & right near bus stop, easy walking distance to Princess street, castle gardens, restaurants etc

Two flights of steep stairs. The agents knew the boiler not working properly & left no provision eg blankets, heaters etc. Whilst they tried to fix, it rather spoilt our enjoyment of the property - cold shower, no heating, scorching shower…& a visit from the plumber at a time we hadn’t requested & still in our pj’s! We did get a discount but would rather not have had the hassle (they could have called rather than assume we would read bookings.com messages during the day), so no action taken for 24 hours. Not enough information on how to use TV, boiler/thermostat, cooker etc. Cord for blinds so high we had to stand on chair so just left them shut - not ideal. When shut they still let light on. Saturday night noisy with people shouting & playing hockey outside (guess you are in a city). They say they will fix this. If the above fixes it is a lovely flat with great location, so long as you can manage the stairs.
