It's worth staying.

The room is spacious. It has a large balcony and many windows. The bathrooms are clean. The kitchen's utensils and electrical appliances are good. We have a free parking space provided in the basement of the building which is very convenient and secure. The location is walkable to the attractions. The host keeps in good contact with quick response.

Good location and comfortable apartment

The apartment was nice and clean, with a balcony off the living area. The kitchen was very spacious and well equipped. The location suited us, as it was a good starting point to explore Edinburgh on foot. There is an en suite, which was strangely attached to the room with the two single beds. It was good to have a dedicated parking space.

The double bed was too short for my husband, who is longer than the bed was, and our room was smaller than the one with two single beds in it.

Having your own lodge is pleasant Location is good in Aviemore centre Nespresso machine in the lodge Swimming pool is nice (for young children) Tesla fast charger and new chargers are being installed. Child friendly

Great!

We had everything we needed and the apartment was close to many attractions. There was a good smart television, a dishwasher, washing machine, two bathroom and a good sized fridge. There was also free parking. It was a great place to stay in Edinburgh.

There was no clothes hanger to dry washing, we had to make up the fourth bed ourselves and I felt the host was pushy about wanting to know our check-out time when ten o'clock is the standard time.

Great Apartment for families

Brilliant location. Could walk most places or catch loads of buses from the end of road. Underground carpark was super convenient. Property was in a quiet street and felt very safe. Property itself was immaculate and a good size. 2 bathrooms was an extra bonus so we weren't fighting over them to get ready. Had everything we needed and more.

Main double mattress was too small for the bed frame, and overall too short for me (6ft 2). Id imagine that the original mattress has been replaced with a smaller one, so there is a considerable gap at bot the side and ends of the bed between mattress and frame

Good apartment with everything you need.

Host provided easy to follow directions on how to get into the property and how to exit. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. There were two bathrooms and plenty of space for our family of five.

Third single bed wasn’t big enough or comfortable enough for my adult children however the couch was a good alternative.

Christmas in Edinburgh

The location was excellent, close to Christmas Market, Castle, Victoria Street (all maim attractions). Communication with the host has been easy and helpful. Clean apartment, large size, large dining area, quiet area - we had a lovely Christmas time.

Good location

Good sized apartment. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. Well equipped. Full kitchen, TV, washer/dryer & iron. Safe parking underground. Location was good around 15 mins to Princes Street & The Castle.

Really picky i know but the curtains in the living room were see through. It was a bit more 'used' than expected, as in table was scratched, walls could do with a freshen up paint wise. The value for money is ok as you get the parking, decent size apartment and it is central but i feel it was a bit pricey for what we got.

There needed to be more equipment in the kitchen. There wasn’t even a sieve or colander and there was only one tiny oven tray, not other ovenware despite there being a range cooker.

The first impression is the apartment is spacious. It is close to the city and lots of supermarket and nearby shops/restaurant around to choose Our host is responsive.

lack of instructions how to use dish washer or dryer. It would be better if the washing power is provided! Toaster is not clean, there is cheese inside. the wifi is unstable. it is very good to have to 2 showers/bathrooms but you can't have shower in two rooms at the same time, the water in one room will be short if you did so.

Great location, the apartment was a brilliant size for 4 guests

The size of the property is great and also having the 2 bathrooms. The location is very good and the Castle and Royal Mile are not too far to walk to.

Only a suggestion regarding tea and coffee. Sachets of coffee and individually wrapped tea bags would be better.

Excellent comfortable apartment recently-built in quiet street.

Excellent location close to the centre of Edinburgh, very comfortable first-floor apartment with balcony over the street plus access to basement car-park. Our host quickly came when we couldn't open the lock-box (because we had never seen such a thing before!) and also adapted to our changes in car-parking requirements.

The TV aerial for the building lost its signal while we were there, though this wasn't a problem for us. Perhaps there could be more cutlery and plates in the kitchen?

Good location, near canal and within walking distance to many bus stops. Nice communal garden area with seating facilities. Big living room and kitchen.

You can't access the wardrobe that's in the room with sigle beds, so not possible to hang clothes. Noisy boiler.
