La ubicación esta muy bien, ya que tienes transporte publico muy cercano. El piso esta bien equipado.Las sabanas son muy suaves.
El sofa es muy incómodo, tiene las cremalleras rotas. El piso esta super cargado de cosas, tanto..que no hay donde poner nada tuyo. Le falta mantenimiento, la puerta principal no cierra, la puerta del baño esta dañada. Le hace falta una limpieza profunda, al estar cargado de tanta cosa hay demasiado polvo, estuvimos todo los dias con alergia. A la zona exterior le falta limpiar, los ceniceros estaban llenos de cigarros, el jacuzzi se podria tratar, ya que al fondo se ve mugre. Tuvimos que descongelar la nevera porque estaba super cargada de hielo. Las lamparas están llenas de polvo y el cabecero de cama, debajo del sofa igual lleno de polvo. La puerta del baño esta muy sucia. Es un piso muy pequeño como para una pareja, mas de dos personas seria muy incómo do.
