Agence Cocoonr invites you to stay in this pleasant flat and discover our beautiful city! Le Talensac is just a stone's throw from the famous market that bears its name. Fully furnished and equipped, it can comfortably accommodate two travelers. If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, whether on business or on holiday/weekends, don't miss out on a stay in this cocoon!
With a surface area of 48 m², on the second floor of an old condominium (no lift), this pleasant T2 has been optimized for your comfort:
- A small entrance hall leads to an attractive living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining table and sitting area with two comfortable armchairs and a TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen: combi oven, fridge, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A small bar and 2 stools will allow you to refuel before setting off to explore the city! For added comfort, a dining table with four chairs is also available.
- A large bedroom with a queen-size bed
- A bathroom (in the bedroom) with shower and bathtub. Separate WC adjoining the bedroom.
The neighborhood
When you stay at Talensac, you're right in the heart of Nantes: St. Peter's Cathedral, the Dukes' Castle, Place Royale and Place Graslin... The city can be visited on foot (2 to 15 minutes). The area is very pleasant and close to many shops (bakery, supermarket, wine shop, restaurants, etc.). The Ile de Versailles is just a 5-minute walk away.
Transportation
- In terms of transport, you can reach the Cours des 50 otages in less than 5 minutes by tramway lines 1 and 2, or buses C2, 23 or 12 (from rue Paul Bellamy).
- For your car, there's a public outdoor car park at Place Talensac (fee payable).
- To get to the station: From the Talensac stop, take the C2 bus in the direction of “Gare Sud” for about 10 min.
- You can also reach the airport in 20 minutes by shuttle bus from the “Commerce” stop.
