Good location though needs extra attention to cleaning and humidity management

Location to the restaurants, bars and lovely white narrow Chora streets. Also it seems owners made an effort to style the place, appreciate it.

I would say it is probably not only this property, but all properties in Chora old town stone built houses - very humid and damp. That humidity and dampness caused the wall paints feeling off, visible mold in bathroom, even mold stains were visible on the sheets. Further - it would really need deeper cleaning as there were clearly visible “yellow stains” on the wall just behind the bed. I mean - very likely from previous guests “intimate times”. Finally - if you are a light sleeper and want to have windows open at night to avoid that humidity - very noisy from cars and motorcycles on the streets as well as passers by.

Great location

Excellent location, right next to the port and all the restaurants and shops. If you want to explore Chora then this is the spot for you. The property manager was friendly and stayed in touch. The patio on the upper level was very large and got great sun.

Exceptional room with perfect location

Loved the location, but even more than location, the unit was exceptional, from the cozy bedroom to the kitchen, water pressure, wifi, and cooling. My wife got sick one full day so being able to rely on a comfortable place close to pharmacy and market, and leaving her in safe place while I went to beach and to exercise was a big plus. James was exceptionally prompt to anything we needed. An incredible host!!!

Cold, damp, dark, grotty. Paint peeling. Dehumidifier full. Not sound proof so constant 24/7 noise disruption.

All in all we enjoyed the apartmet.

The apartment was clean, cosy and perfect for 2 people. The terrace on the roof was a big bonus. the location was very central, within 5 minutes of the harbor and bus/ferry ticket offices. Countless restraurants were also within a couple of minutes walking distance.

For light sleepers who sleep with open windows, the noise from the harbor and garbage collectors was clearly heard. We didn't mind but it could be a problem for other guests. The 2 story apartment was great but the stairs could be challgenging for elderly people.

Below average semi renovated space. It looks much better in the pictures. It's definitely not a suite. Difficult to dry your swimsuit if you are there for a summer trip. Host was polite and pleasent but the room wasn't. Main issues are found in WC

- [ ] Air conditioner can be turned on and off, and temp control from 16 on up. Not bad, but it does take some time to cool the room. - [ ] A previous review, stated…light coming through small frost door window, at night. I think it would be best to have a small curtain for this that could block light, if want. - [ ] 2 small windows that open. No balcony … as stated in previous review. - [ ] Pictures shown are not room specific. Some pictures were our room…but many others were not.

It was close to port, very accessible for all the touristy things The host was very kind and helped us with luggage. We had booked 2 neighbouring rooms for 3 nights . It was very good. The host was very kind to hold our luggage’s as well when our boats got delayed.

The room is on first floor but for heavy luggage host helped get it up and down the stairs . He was very kind

This excellent apartment is in a great location for us, in lovely Naxos one of our favorite places

Excellent location lovely apartment as usual. The location is perfect for us, literally about 2 min walk from the ferry, which makes arrival with luggage easy, tucked behind the bars and cafes on the waterfront. We love the easy access to the shops and restaurants, the little supermarket and the car park a few minutes up the road. The apartment is well equipped and we also love the private roof terrace which is not easy to find in the town and the cats who visited us it the morning!

Might be time for some new furniture for the outside terrace 🤣

Good place in Chora

Room was easy to find on the edge of the Naxos labyrinth. Very clean with cosy beds. James was very available.

Slightly misleading pictures. You may think you'll have a balcony and a view but that would be of the second story unit I am guessing. The majority of pictures are of the other unit (with the view). The local cats kept on setting the sensor light off, which illuminates the room as there is a window at the front door. Very annoying all night. The cats also left some nasty smelling gifts right outside.

Perfect stay with perfect location

The location right by the port was perfect for arrival and the hosts were clear and communicative about a meeting point and met us promptly. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything you could need, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. A perfect stay in Naxos Town.

location was great, parking close by as well as laundry services

very high humidity resulting in the strong moldy smell, despite having a dehumidifier working non stop the smell was still very strong. When discuss with the staff they explained this is due to the age of the building and being a protected area they cannot do much more (from construction point of view), which may be true in which case I would expect this to be reflected in lower price too (which was not the case)

Amazing accommodation. Short walk from the port so very easy to get to. Right in the centre of Naxos with plenty of restaurants nearby, location couldn't have been better. Facility wise, everything you could need and a lovely terrace with sea views. The host was really nice and helpful.

The location was great and our host, James, was excellent. He was very professional and attentive. He also gave us great information on restaurants and sightseeing based on our interests. The room was great and exactly how it appeared in the pictures.

My wife and my only complaint was that the pictures of the alley way/walk way outside the rooms didn't match how it looked. Was much dirtier and could have used a fresh coat of paint on the building. Not sure if it was because it was the end of the season but could use some significant cleaning. Otherwise everything met our expectations.

Very modern studio on the centre of Chora and very convenient to carry luggage to the port. Very well equipped. Helpful staff.

A lot of noise outside. You must have everything closed because people are moving just outside the studio. A lot of humidity inside studio although there's a machine but it's noisy too.

A great stay from start to finish. A very short walk from the port and located in the heart of the old town. The room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. James met us on our arrival and drove us to the airport when we left.
