Clean property, a lot of privacy.

Street is loud at night.

Location was literally perfect in the northern quarter in the midst of things. I liked the shower, the bathroom was nice and thank god the towel rail was left on. The kitchen was well equipped with a small coffee machine, which is a nice touch. Hair dryer always good, full length mirror very useful! Fridge and oven!

There was a bit of noise, as it is central, including some intense dance music around mid-morning. The sofa is very narrow and hard, so it was uncomfortable when watching TV. It would have been nice to add a lamp or two; the overhead lights give it a cold feel. I also found it a bit cold at times, but I couldn't see how to turn on the radiators in any rooms except the one that was already on in the bathroom. The bath towels were extremely small, so a bath sheet would be much nicer. It would also be nicer to get more than 4 tea bags for 2 nights. The lights on the smoke detector on the ceiling disturbed my sleep a bit as it shone bright above the bed, and the pillows were a bit squishy. Maybe too many cushions on the bed, not enough on the sofa. The blankets were useful, but I noticed one was dirty.

Location cannot be beat, bed/pillows were super comfortable, great bathroom/kitchen/tv

Was not super clean, I was accidentally given wrong door code (hosts quickly resolved though), a bit of confusion with the washer/dryer (it’s just a washer, dryer aspect does not work)

The apartment is beautiful, and second to none. It is top notch. The customer service crew responded promptly. The ambiance is great. The beds, is comfortable,. I enjoyed my stay.

I don't like the fact that the TV was not working for 2 days out of the 3 days I spent there, invariably the internet is not connected to the TV. The day i was to check out too the same problem happened again. I think routine check wouldn't be a bad idea when guests check out, also, someone should at least be around to take one round the facilities before use, not everyone is savvy to the use of the electronics/appliances.
