-very good facilities -comfortable beds

-very lengthy yet to us not that clear instructions to get in (perhaps it's an idea to add the longitude/latitude?) -it seems unusual to require a deposit without having done a full inventory together (host + guest) at the beginning of a stay: how can anyone prove who caused damage?

Nice place with small sofas

The location is top notch apart from the aforementioned strip club. You live in a city center. You can travel with a pet, which is a big plus for us.

Be cautious if you are traveling more than 2 people.The sofa in the second bedroom is extremely small. If you have a toddler, he might not even fit in it. The sofas in living room is not suitable for sleeping as it is very narrow. You have to sleep like a mummy and do not move at all. Also, the strip club is very near, so drunk people and the music might be a hassle for you. There is only paid city parking with almost no available spaces at any given time.
