Good and comfortable stay over Christmas holidays.

The property was easy to find, very clean, friendly welcome, the instructions were very clear. The communication was very friendly. The garage was a nice bonus on top for the rental car. As we traveled as a family it was great to have two (bed)rooms. We liked the view, the apartment was very central and there are nice restaurants around. We can highly recommend the apartment.

nothing, everything was very good. We only recommend not to use the scent in the apartment everywhere. The smell is quite strong and not everyones taste. But its a minor thing not impacting the overall experience.

Luxury surroundings, for families too!

This is a luxury appartment decorated with high quality materials in classical style, with a good taste. There are 2 isolated bedrooms, a shower-toilet room, fully equiped kitchen with living room, big balcony and free secured undeground parking. Location in very central and the view one of the best in Klaipeda, to the hill of Jonas near the river Dane. The host is very pleasant, a lot of attention to details, all instructions given were clear and on time. Just few tips for perfection: more choice for pillows please (too soft for us, but it is very personal), to ask regarding the quantity of Lavazza Coffee capsules (difficult to find to buy more) and that’s it! Everything else was simply perfect. Special thanks for allowing late check out.

Nuostabus butas

Butas labai jaukus, erdvus, pilnai įrengtas, tvarkingas. Gaila, kad taip trumpai teko pabūti. Pliusas požeminis parkingas. Yra liftas. Pati vieta labai gera, arti senamiestis, kavinės, parduotuvės viskas gan arti, ir vaizdas per langą įspūdingas! Yra erdvus balkonas. Labai puikus butas, dar mielai sugrįžtume 😊

We did it again

Dies war unser zweiter Besuch in diesem wundervollen Appartement. Schön gelegen in der Altstadt mit Blick auf den Stadtsee. Von hier aus ist alles sehenswerte in Klaipedas Altstadt fussläufig erreichbar und man hat leichten Zugang zu vielen Restaurants, Bars und anderen Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieterin und Seele der Wohnung kümmert sich herzlich im Hintergrund um Ihre Gäste -frägt nach ob irgendetwas fehlt - vielen Dank Ausra - wir schätzen das sehr.

Apartamentuose viskas ko reikia komfortiškam poilsiui. O vaizdai pro langus - nepriekaištingi. Šeimininkė labai rūpestinga ir nuoširdi. Aciu Kita kart vėl apsistosim jei prireiks būti Klaipėdoje.

Apartment der Extraklasse - modern, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist am Stadtsee Jono Kanalis -es ist tagsüber lebhaft, aber nicht störend, eher ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet im 4 Stock und hat Sicht auf den See und Teile der Altstadt -es ist wirklich schön, auf dem großzügigen Balkon entspannt in den Rattansesseln zu sitzen und entspannt auf den See ( Abends mit Beleuchtung ) zu schauen. Das Auto ist sicher in einer Tiefgarage versorgt und über einen Aufzug mit der Wohnetage verbunden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, reagiert schnell auf Anfragen und hat uns aus einer Kaffeenotlage befreit :-) - Vielen Dank für die herrliche Zeit in Klaipeda - dafür gibts es die perfekte 10 !

Все великолепно! Новая, очень красивая, уютная , незабываемая квартира в очень ухоженном и красивом месте. Действительно стильно, со вкусом, в каждый квадратный см вложено много души. Мы чувствовали себя, как дома. Есть все необходимое, чистота идеальная. Стиральная машина ( управление есть и на русском), пылесос, моющие средства, сушилка, утюг, гладильная доска, фен, средства гигиены и даже зеркало с 5-ти кратным увеличением)). Большой красивый балкон с креслами. Красивейшее место, практически в центре. Рядом много ресторанов. Акрополис в 25 минутах пешком. До парома пешком минут 20. Очень тихо, прекрасный подземный паркинг. Много свободных парковочных мест и возле дома. Невероятно внимательный, пунктуальный, ненавязчивый, доброжелательный владелец. Все инструкции заблаговременно, подробно, понятно- все нашли легко и просто. Не дешево, но такие условия точно того стоят. Вернемся обязательно)
