Vermieterin kam persönlich zur Appartment Übergabe (sehr freundlich und kompetent) . Hat alles erklärt und ging auch auf Wünsche und Anregungen ein . Fast mitten in der Altstadt . Appartment war sehr sauber (inkl. Jacuzzi) ... Tolle Lichtershow .

Good location, very close to grocery stores and old town is 2 mins away. Apartment was provided clean with neat necessities like bath robes, towels, slippers and a washing machine. Nice smart TV with youtube and Netflix available.
-We stayed for 4 nights in end of November, it was quite cold inside (about 3 to -4 temperature outside during the time), the small mounted heaters were maxed up, but sitting next to the window you could feel a slight breeze coming through, bed linnen and duvet provided was very thin, more suitable for summer or early autumn, floors are all tiles, no rugs only a few towel rugs were provided (I guess understandable for a jacuzzi apartment, but doesn't make it cozy, because sitting in a robe with slippers after a jacuzzi still felt cold). Hostess said that it is not possible to use the power sockets in the living area for anything further, then laptops or phone chargers, otherwise the fuse may pop out, so bringing your own heater is not an option either.
-There was no obvious place were to put out rubbish bags outside, so would have to walk about 150-200 meters across the street (not sure, maybe our mistake, we were told, that is should be somewhere close to the parking gate, but walked around the building and couldn't see it).
-Window facing bus stop, so you could hear sounds of busses from the early morning.
-No sockets close to the bed or we were told not to use any extension cords either, so no charging of your phone by the bed during the night, also only one socket in the kitchen area where you would have to share the electric stove, kettle and microwave.
Side note: wasn't applicable for us, but the apartment we took says suitable for 3 people, there is a sofabed and double bed as in the pictures, but no bed linen provided for the sofabed, so you might need to mention how many of you are arriving for this option, just in case.
