The meeting with host was very frustrating, we were tired after taking the key.

I liked the the first meeting with the host, she met us outside and was very polite, but after vehicle parking we felt we are like the students for 15-20 min lesson. The room was spacious and clean. Jacuzzi was prepared for the evening, the bed was comfortable, only pillows were very worn.

At first the host should inform in advance that our meeting will take 20 min for explanation how to use jacuzzi, all house's rules. The host should manage the conversation with guests, never say I feel that you are angry. I recommended to change all instruction of Jacuzzi and other rules of apartment in written and hang it on the wall, in the end just inform if you will have the question don't hesitate call me. That is my opinion and I never would like to have the meeting for taking the keys like this.

Everything was exactly as you would expect, a very friendly host, good location with convient access secure underground parking, clean facilities, clear instructions on how to use everything, just what you want after a long day to relax, will use again once I'm looking for a place to stay in Klaipeda, thank you.

Not the best at winter time

Good location, very close to grocery stores and old town is 2 mins away. Apartment was provided clean with neat necessities like bath robes, towels, slippers and a washing machine. Nice smart TV with youtube and Netflix available.

-We stayed for 4 nights in end of November, it was quite cold inside (about 3 to -4 temperature outside during the time), the small mounted heaters were maxed up, but sitting next to the window you could feel a slight breeze coming through, bed linnen and duvet provided was very thin, more suitable for summer or early autumn, floors are all tiles, no rugs only a few towel rugs were provided (I guess understandable for a jacuzzi apartment, but doesn't make it cozy, because sitting in a robe with slippers after a jacuzzi still felt cold). Hostess said that it is not possible to use the power sockets in the living area for anything further, then laptops or phone chargers, otherwise the fuse may pop out, so bringing your own heater is not an option either. -There was no obvious place were to put out rubbish bags outside, so would have to walk about 150-200 meters across the street (not sure, maybe our mistake, we were told, that is should be somewhere close to the parking gate, but walked around the building and couldn't see it). -Window facing bus stop, so you could hear sounds of busses from the early morning. -No sockets close to the bed or we were told not to use any extension cords either, so no charging of your phone by the bed during the night, also only one socket in the kitchen area where you would have to share the electric stove, kettle and microwave. Side note: wasn't applicable for us, but the apartment we took says suitable for 3 people, there is a sofabed and double bed as in the pictures, but no bed linen provided for the sofabed, so you might need to mention how many of you are arriving for this option, just in case.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Rande der Altstad.,

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist hervorragend und trotzdem die Wohnung an einer belebten Straße ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Ein kleiner Tisch und 2 Stühle wären für das Frühstück noch angenehm.
