If you need it nearby, inexpensively and with enough space for everyone, then this option will suit

A good option for accommodation, convenient location, a store in 5-10 minutes walk (there is also a Hesburger nearby), the old town is also in 5-10m walk, bus stops are nearby, a quiet area. There may be problems with parking if you do not know where to park the car (near the hospital you need to be more careful, but for one night we paid 8.6 euros), but if you are lucky there is a place right in the yard. The apartments themselves are clean, perhaps the downside is that the apartment itself is on the first floor and at the moment it was cold, but the blankets were very warm and the floor was heated in the bathroom (there is a hairdryer for those interested), a gas stove, no oven (but a microwave was enough). There was also something to watch on the TV, although the quality is not 4k, but it is not necessary, as long as the news was on in the background in the morning. The owner answered all questions very quickly and there were no problems at all during check-in. For its price, 130 euros, for 5 people, for 2 nights, it is almost pennies. The sofa is very, very comfortable, the pillows are soft and also comfortable, the beds are also clean and all the bedding is clearly changed, if anything there is a spare in the closet.

The only downsides are that it is cold (at night it was 0 degrees and there was no heating, but I am sure that this is an isolated case) and that sometimes the light bulb in the bathroom right above the toilet flickers.

A very nice place in a good location - the very center of the city, 5-10 minutes walk from the city's attractions. Good contact with the host, clean apartment, all facilities as described. We recommend!

There was not at least one tea or coffee bag. The battery in the bathroom does not work, so it is difficult to dry clothes. The house has humid and cold air, which is good in the heat, but the clothes haven't dried out in a day. One small bag of shower gel per person, and there is very little soap in the bathroom… we were there for a day, so it's fine, but still. The Internet is not working. The owner did not respond to chat messages. They came as if automatic messages, because there was no response to mine.

Nice spacious flat in the old town. Sleeping can be hard depending on people outside

The flat is spacious. Living room and the bathroom are nice, contained everything what you need. The old town can be reach on foot

The blinds on the windows in a smaller bedroom did not work and also there were no curtains. The flat is on the ground floor and at night a group of drunk people were talking just in front of it and even leaning on a window (just drunk people, no breaking in) plus the street light is strong enough to interrupt sleeping. Very minimalistic room - only two single beds, no table, no closet. No electricity sockets close to bed.

Pleasant

The hosts are very friendly, professional and responsive. Whenever we needed anything or had queries, they always responded quickly. Apartment location is excellent. Also, the bedding was white and clean.

During our stay we had a couple of issues. On the first day the shower drains and the kitchen sink were blocked (fixed the next day). The bed in the main bedroom was of an extremely poor quality (and even broke when I sat down to pick up my son). The team did come to fix it afterwards, however, one can see that it simply needs to be replaced (based on the number of nails, screws and even ropes holding the bed boards together). Overall, this apartment has a lot of potential but I would replace the crockery, kitchen sink, upgrade the bathroom.

Fairly good place to stay in the Klaipėda center

Location is the best point of this apartment - basically the center of the city. Relatively easy to find a parking space. Despite its location, the surrounding is relatively quiet.

The apartment is acceptably clean but not maintained properly. Some places and surfaces have never seen a deeper cleaning. Photos look way better than reality. Stuff looks worn out and old. Apartment is filled with a faint smell of an old bathroom and cleaning agent mix.

Da localização que era próxima ao centro. De ter dois quartos disponíveis, geladeira, boa internet e o fogão disponível. O preço foi aceitável para duas noites. Não pagamos parking para nosso carro no jardim, mas era fim de semana em janeiro. Talvez, no verão é diferente.

A entrada do apartamento é pelos fundos do prédio (rua atrás) e não havia o número do prédio visível segundo as instruções. Perdemos uns 10 minutos nessa busca por onde seria a entrada. Ao ler alguns comentários, vejo que tivemos a sorte de ter uma estadia com um apartamento recém reformado, pois as avaliações anteriores mostram muitos defeitos que já não vimos. Porém, é importante dizer que as janelas ainda poderiam ser consertadas para dar mais privacidade ao hóspede. O conforto melhor com o um colchão descente de casal. O atual colchão do quarto de casal não é aceitável. Também, recebemos instruções para chegarmos as 16h, com check in tardio a funcionária da limpeza ainda estava lá ocupada!!! Então, tivemos que espera-la sair. Fomos ao supermercado enquanto isso, e quando voltamos, ela já tinha ido embora. Senti falta de mais instrumentos de cozinha para usar o fogão. O aquecimento do apartamento em janeiro poderia ser melhor.

Baisi nešvara, visur pilna dulkių, visame bute jaučiamas stiprus pelėsio kvapas. Vonioje neveikia el. gyvatukas. Oro nutraukėjas visiškai neatlieka savo funkcijos, kad ir kiek laikytum įjungtą, vistiek drėgna. Naktį gana triukšminga, miegamojo langai į gatvės pusę. Šeimininkams laikas pagalvoti apie buto kapitalinį remontą!

L’appartement n’était pas vraiment en état d’être loué au public. Moisi sur les murs des chambres, une odeur d’humidité lourde et très dérangeante dans la salle de bain et les pièces à vivre. Les lits simples dans une des chambres n’avaient même pas de vrais matelas — impression de dormir sur des planches de bois. Le logement a besoin de travaux importants avant de pouvoir être mis en location. Le prix payé était extrêmement exagéré.
