Kambario aprašyme minimo kondicionieriaus 4 kambaryje nebuvo. Tai buvo vienas iš mano reikalavimų, todėl balu mažinu vertinimą. Automobilis statomas gatvėje arba aikštelėje- viešbutis parkingo neturi.
