We liked almost everything overall. The secure parking area was very convenient, and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the balcony, the very spacious shower, the modern large TV, the kitchen with all the necessary equipment, and the comfortable beds.
The main issue was the washing machine. Although it seemed quite new, it was not well maintained and there was noticeable mold buildup inside, so it really needs a thorough cleaning. The shower also had a lot of limescale buildup, and we had to clean it a bit before using it comfortably.
Another thing, although not directly related to the apartment itself, was that from time to time the wind brought an unpleasant smell from outside. It happened on multiple days, so perhaps there is a factory or something similar nearby.

Отличная локация для путешествий с детьми и мед туризм. Недалеко от старой и новой переправы, если хотите попасть на Куршскую косу. Центр в 20 минутах, если пешком. Своя парковка ( это очень большой плюс). В квартире есть кухня, это большой плюс, если путешествовать с детьми, либо вы не поклонник общепита. Рядом заметили станции скорой помощи , и полиции. Даже сервис авто за окном. В шаговой доступности клиника эстетической медицины и магазин Ики.
В квартире небыло микроволновки, чтобы разогреть еду. Чистота хромает. Подушки были в крови, после снятия наволочки при отъезде. Под ковром в lounge room были оставлены от предыдущих жильцов детские puzzle, обнаружили их там , наступив ногой на ковер. В ванной комнате, подвесной унитаз очень скрипел , видимо, на нем восседали и сломали. Страшно было на него садиться, чувство , что сейчас упадешь и сломаешь имущество. Душевой шланг протекал, пора его менять. Но и конечно , как и везде, плесень в душевой на силиконе.
