Patogi lokacija, arti Senoji perkėla, švaru ir tvarkinga, bekontaktis įsiregistravimas.
Tiems, kas nepratę prie miesto šurmulio, nerekomenduočiau. Visą naktį girdėjosi šviesoforų skleidžiamas triukšmas (nuolat pypsėjo), taip pat nakties metu dažnai pravažiuodavo britvos, automobiliai su garsia muzika. Dar vienas minusas - trūko veikiančio kondicionieriaus, labai tvanku kambaryje buvo miegoti, laikėsi 26-27 laipsnių temperatūra. Nurodyta, kad parkingas nemokamas, tačiau tik užbookinus apartamentus buvo pranešta, kad tik 3 vietos yra (Naujojo sodo g.), o apgyvendinama 4 apartamentuose. Teko statytis automobilį gatvėje.
