Iconic building in the old town

The accommodation was for one night only in one of the most beautiful buildings in the old town. The windows overlooked the river and part of the Meridian.

OMG the NOISE!!!

The owner was nice and the property is clean and well looked after but the noice from the bridge is a lot to handle. It’s like living under cannon fire. I got used to it after about 12 hours and the cars don’t run over the night so it’s ok until about 7am. If you don’t plan to stay here during the day its fine, but there are definitely better solutions for the price.

Excellent location, fantastic views, nice apartment, comfortable bed, attentive host with immediate responds. We stayed there few times now while visiting Klaipeda and this time was better than ever as the bridge by apartment has been repaired and there is No banging traffic noise no more whatsoever!! A good night sleep guaranteed

The apartment we got was a bit noisy during weekdays because of the bridge but that didn’t bother us. Def good value for money, we keep coming here nearly every year and will do that again.

Excellent!

Super spacious apartment in an excellent location! Literally in the very center of the city with views of Meridianas from the windows and best cafes in town just across the road. Definitely superb for exploring Klaipėda.

The only drawback of the apartment were the stairs. They are not the most comfortable way to get up to the third floor with a suitcase in had. But the experience of staying in a historic building is definitely worth this tiny inconvenience.

Location is great, view through windows beautiful. Old furniture, comfy beds.

Noise from bridge - when bus goes through it, sounds like construction. Spiders and their nets were not cleaned. Smoking smell from apartment below.

The apartment is located in a beautiful historical building, former Sparkasse of Memel city. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony and all the windows!

Shower needs attention. The hot water leaks through tap while using shower heads Couldn't get the TV working, just got 2 channels, the rest ipf the channels was no signal. Ay be need sorting out or instruction how to get more channels

The place close to center. The river from my room window. Near places where to eat do Spa. Big rooms. Nice bathroom .Soap ,washing gel. Toilet paper. Friendly helpful house owner. Beautiful place to stay.

The sound of passing through the bridge cars and buses was annoying. Each car or bus make a lot of noise and vibrations you can feel and hear. Only night moment is quiet 1am-5am. On other hours very noisy.

Excellent location, very stylish, excellent wifi, a huge comfy bed, everything a couple needs for a stay, a beautiful view, easy check in . Plus the owner kindly let us stay till 3pm on the day of departure due to late flight. What there not to like? We couldn't get TV working though, instructions would be useful. But liked the music on the radio instead

Good

- Very spacious with two big bedrooms and kitchen (no living room) - Nice decorations which were unique - Excellent wifi (I always run a speed test where I stay and got about 100Mbps) - Perfect location with a close walk to great reataurants, and cafes just out the door. - Great view of the river - Free parking (albeit not on site)

- The nearby bridge is very noisy. We were unable to sleep well at night, even with a white noise machine and ear plugs. Every time a vehicle crosses it bangs, and when a large vehicle goes over it is very loud and woke us every time. We woke over and over, and by 7am when traffic picks up it is almost constant. - It was very hot (about 25 degress according to our baby's monitor) with no way to turn down the heat. There were fans provided which helped, but opening windows at night was not an option because of the noise from the bridge. - Parking is about 500m away. There is a place to pull in at the apartment to load and unload, but it is definitely an inconvenience (especially since we had a baby)

excellent place in town, great view, a touch of authentic Prussian Memel, large room, kitchen with everything you need inside, large bathroom

we came late at night by car, the parking gate was closed, no guard around so we just left the car at nearest public parking, moved to hotel's reserved parking next day early morning with no trouble though buses and bigger tracks make some noise when crossing the bridge nearby, but the sound isn't all that annoying

A great looking apartment, especially if you’re tired of IKEAesque interior design, this will be a breath of fresh air (even though it looks antique). Location is also great unless you’re opposed to a public event taking place under your balcony (of course if it is taking place).
