The whole process is automated and therefore no too flexible but the host replies quickly, and they were flexible in attending some of my requests.

I didn't appreciate having to send a copy of my ID to be processed by a third party I know nothing about, especially when I was booking from a booking agent who has already checked my ID across many previous bookings. I am fine with identifying myself but giving away copies of my ID is a different story.

Quite honestly this was the best place I've ever stayed in through booking.com. Fantastically designed apartment which uses the available space brilliantly. Really comfortable bed and a very high level of cleanliness throughout. Good location, a short walk from the ferries. The owner was also super helpful the morning of our departure in helping us get a substitute battery for the car and someone to fit it. Overall, a great experience.

Just location. And enough space to sleep foe me and my kids. One double bed and couch.

Oh...There were black long hair on the bed and under the cover, there were , I think old blood stain, on the mattress cover. There were hair on the floor by bathroom. Toilet seilling so short, fits only for people who are 150 cm tall or shorter. I had to crouched to leave the toilet. Toilet door does not lock. When people on second floor flush the toilet or etc, it sounds in first floor very loud. Shower has no separation- water all over the bathroom after shower. Coded entrance is horrible! I had to try my code at least 5 times to get in. It was annoying to fill the form..Booking.com did not send me the right one... I called landlord- he tols me to look for that form.. I tied again..nothing..and Just then, when I called him again he send me text with right form. What was the problem to send it right away? After 4.5 hours traveling in the train, it was really annoying.. There is no TV. Electric single oven, pot, pan, catle. I preffer electric catle and microwave at least. There is no wardrobe, just few shelves at the entrance. It was No.3 room. I paid extra 12€ for cleaning.. noone came to clean or take out the trash in 3 days. There were kind asking in booking after filling the form: Please wash the dishes and take out your trash. That is interesting:/
