Das Appartement liegt in einem großen Wohnblock im 6. Stock mit Aufzug. Es gibt einen Balkon. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter weg, dafür eine große Parkanlage direkt in der Nähe.

Es gibt in der Straße viele Parkplätze, aufgrund der dichten Bebauung sind diese aber überfüllt. Abends bekommt man keinen Parkplatz mehr. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr schlecht beleuchtet.

Detali komunikacija. Viskas tikslu kaip nurodyta, patogi vieta. Buvo vietos kur pasistatyti automobiliui. Netoli parduotuvė. Buvo pasirūpinta stalo įrankiais, priemonėm švarai palaikyti.

Nebuvo rūbų džiovyklės. Vonia nebuvo pilnai funkcionali nes kamštis netiko.

Very good value for money. Instructions were very easy to understand how to enter the building with visual examples. The apartment has an AC, a kitchenette, a washing machine, a fridge, an oven, a smart TV (without television), basically everything you need. It has a pretty nice balcony, comfortable and good size bed. It's alsk pretty spacious and modern for its price, although some parts of the interior design are quite outdated.

Finding a parking spot near this apartment is a bit of a hassle, since it's located very close to two other apartments. As far as I've heard, it's location used to be known for more criminal activity than usual in Klaipėda. Also, there's no sink in the bathroom, which is kind of weird.
