Švaru ir tvarkinga, o šeimininkė be galo maloni!
Kadangi butas yra pagrindinėje miesto gatvėje, tai visą parą girdisi intensyvus triukšmas. Sofa svetainėje tikrai nėra skirta dviems miegoti. Netinkama netgi ir tuo atveju, kai tie miegantieji yra vaikai. Ji ne tik nepatogi, bet ir labai maža.
