Lovely apartment however communication needs to be better

Lovely apartment, spacious, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

Poor communication with the booking company. I asked for a cot in the room and got a reply that the person receiving the emails was on maternity. I had no confirmation that the cot would actually be in the room so felt I had to bring a cot with me in case there wasn’t a cot already there. There was a cot in the room however stress caused with poor communication. The car park was down lots of stairs which wasn’t clear when booking. With a baby and a toddler this was difficult. Also the instructions to enter the property were not sent until very late.

Not worth it

Can't really think maybe the games room

I recently stayed at the penthouse and was quite disappointed with the experience. First of all, the bathroom door lock was broken, which was inconvenient and really not what you’d expect from a “premium” stay. We booked 3 penthouses, all at different prices, but each one was exactly the same – no differences whatsoever. It makes no sense why we were charged more for two of them when they offered nothing extra compared to the cheaper one. On top of that, one of the bedside plug sockets was broken, so I couldn’t even charge my phone next to the bed. To make matters worse, I had also booked a standard apartment alongside the penthouses, and surprisingly, it was actually nicer and felt better maintained than the penthouse! For the extra cost, you expect a higher standard, but honestly the penthouse felt overrated and not worth the premium price. Overall, very underwhelming – beware before booking, as the standard apartments are much better value for money and the so-called “penthouse” really doesn’t justify

Nice apartment comfy beds but ruined by local youths using the lane as a toilet and drug taking area

Nice apartment great view

The amount of cocaine being snorted outside in the lane was horrendous along with youths (female and male) peeing while snorting cocaine was off putting. We stayed in the same apartment before and had the same thing but thought it was an isolated occurrence but I believe this happens every weekend. They stay outside the entrance to the apartments also which his highly intimidating when returning after 11 pm.

Really nice and spacious apartment with a good communal area

Really nice, clean and spacious apartment - it had all the facilities we needed. The lounge area was great to use too, with a pool table, table tennis, air hockey and table football, plus sofas to sit. Very central location in Pembroke, with enough parking spaces around the back as well.

We booked it with one day's notice, but were not contacted with check-in instructions, so had to contact them on the afternoon we were arriving to ask for them. There was also a small window in the roof which you couldn't cover, so the shaft of light came down directly onto the bed - we weren't too bothered by it, but if you're staying in the summer months, or are a light sleeper, maybe bring an eye mask for sleeping

Ideal for large groups for a night to use purely for sleepwalking

Good location, easy check in and check out. Car parking and spacious rooms. Lots of good facilities in the apartments and common room and was perfect for a short stay for a group.

Both apartments had not been cleaned properly. We found old plates with food and smoking devices in the drawers and sides. Some of the bedding had stains on them and there was dead flies around. Due to the apartments being close to a night club we could not sleep until 5am due to the loud noise of the music in the club. This wasn’t ideal as we had to check out at 10 so did not have much sleep.

The location was amazing and the apartment itself was modern, clean and very well equipped. The view from the windows was exceptional! Would definitely stay again!!

The lane that ran in front of the building is used as a rat run for the local nightclub. People were gathering there until the early hours, having a chat, going to the toilet and taking drugs!!! It was so noisy we had to close the windows on a boiling evening! This obviously isn’t the owner’s fault, but perhaps a quiet word to the council to close off the lane and the owners put security doors each side for their customers.

Exceeded our expectations!

Lots of space for a family, recently refurbished to a high standard, very well equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean, central location (everything in town is a short walk), ample parking in the back. Beautiful town and some of the most impressive beaches in South Wales are a 15min drive away.

People shouting right under the bedroom window the whole night -- probably a nightclub nearby (it was also a Friday), no dishwasher (but okay for a short stay).

It was spacious and comfy but without any soul.

The place was spacious, the beds comfortable and the shower great. The washing machine / dryer was really easy to use and convenient.

The place has absolutely no soul, no atmosphere. The view on the parking was not nice and the apartment missed natural light. The hallway to get to the apartment was in the dark during the day and there was no button to turn on the light as it seems to only work at night, automatically.

What you see on the outside is not what you get on the inside. Simply wonderful.

What looked like a portacabin on stilts on the outside was simply wonderful inside. Immaculately clean and spacious with everything needed for a short stay and the games room was an added bonus. The Castle and lake directly opposite and the High Street on your doorstep. Perfect location for Monibier & Barafundle beaches. Would recommend to family and friends.

Nothing we didn't like but a suggestion. Please put a back splash up on your wall in your beautiful kitchen.

Amazing and spacious apartment

Amazing apartment. Extremely clean and well looked after. There was an activities room with a pool table and table tennis which the children loved. Easy to gain access and all information was texted through prior to arriving. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

Good shower. Quiet. Parking but not always available. Flat was clean but maybe ready for a deep clean.

Smell of cooking, garlic when we arrived that permeated the rooms for a lot of the stay. Heavy going with all the codes to get in and out. Very utilitarian in terms of decor so not a particularly welcoming apartment but I can understand why it s designed that way. It was acceptable for the money

Good

Very short walk to Pembroke Castle where we enjoyed a lovely afternoon. The apartment was absolutely spotless with plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware, convenient for us as we ate in. There is parking behind the building. We booked it quite last minute as we extended our stay in Wales. The owner sent detailed information within minutes.

We stayed on a Saturday night in Harri Tudor 2 and the noise from the nearby club was quite loud into the early hours. This wasn't ideal as we stayed with our two young children. The stepped laneway right outside the bedrooms was busy at times with noisy people traipsing past. No fault to the owner though, the place is very central.

I liked the apartment it was very spacious had good rooms. Shower lounge and bedrooms excellent game room and location it was excellent. Would definitely come again.

A couple of small negatives 1 Some idiot had a game of table tennis at about 1am - our room was right next door. 2 Noisy people coming into corridor after a night out. Instead of going straight to their room they loitered in the corridor talking a load of nonsense. This happened twice. suggestion to owners - maybe but a bit of noise proofing at the bottom of the apartment door as there is about an inch gap to the floor. Others have mentioned the noise at night from the nightclub. We couldn't here this from the bedroom only the in the lounge

great apartment if it wasn’t for external issues

Excellent property, spacious living and dining space. Bathroom was great, we could not fault the apartments at all. washing and drying Facilites and the games room was fun for adults and kids.

The location was terrible, whilst we were right next to the castle for beauty the town clock gonged at EVERY HOUR that meant we were woken on the hour throughout the night, plus the music from pubs went on until 4/5am frì and until 2am Saturday. The cherry on top was a group of youngsters sat outside the bedroom window drinking smoking and urinating which was a great addition to our stay.
