Beautiful stay in St David’s.

Location was perfect! Very close to everything in town and coastal walks. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The Hostess was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had in regards to the area.

Wonderful, comfortable stay!

The property was immaculate & very comfortable. Our room was nicely decorated & had a spectacular view. There were also thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, hot chocolate, a packet of biscuits & milk in the room. Nikki is a gracious host, ensuring guests are comfortable & have what they need. We benefitted from her recommendations about what to see & do in the area. She made a delicious, generous breakfast accompanied by good coffee & orange juice. What a treat! It was great to be able to park the car at the property & walk no more than 10 mins. into the charming town. We would not hesitate to stay at Four Winds B&B again & would be pleased to recommend it to friends & family. Thank you Nikki for hosting us.

Great base to stop at.

Nikki the host is wonderful and can't do enough for you. We really don't mind walking and it was a pleasant walk approx 5 to 10 mins walk to the village and Cathedral but there are some hills if you are not so mobile it could be a problem. It is lovely and peaceful and we slept really well in very comfy beds. Great base to discover St David's and surrounding area. Stars at night on a clear sky is amazing.

Bring lots of money as the pubs are quite expensive food and drink wise.

Nikki made our stay

Nikki, the Owner and Manager, was wonderful. The perfect hostess. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We hadn't visited the area before, and Nikki was able to recommend a choice of places to eat. The room was clean and restful, making it a peaceful haven for a few days. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked freshly to order. A real treat. Soft towels, a rarity these days. Lovely bathroom with shower and skylight. Because of the absence of lights between us and the coast, the view of the stars was to die for.

A Wonderful, Comfortable Stay in Four Winds

Four Winds is in an excellant location, it is very peaceful & a five minute walk to the centre. Nikki is a wonderful host & her breakfasts are just what you need before a day of walking & exploring. Our room was lovely, it was bright & airy & very comfortable with everything you would need for your stay. We had a great three night stay & if we were to return to the area we would definately choose Four Winds as our accommadation. Thank you Nikki, Pippa & Piper x

We didn’t have a car, so it was quite a walk from the bus stop, but our hostess drove us to the station on the way back. She would have picked us up if we had asked.

All you could want from a B+B and more

Lovely welcome, very well appointed accommodation, very good shower, comfortable beds and really excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Loved the bedside lamps with integrated USB and iPhone chargers! Pleased to have a tiny fridge to store fresh milk. Nikki’s previous hospitality experience was very evident.

Gorgeous B&B in a fantastic setting

Nikki is such a wonderful host, even after having a recent injury, she was so welcoming and ready to host us. Our room was clean and had a lovely view, breakfast was fantastic - cereal, toast, fruit and a cooked breakfast were available. The house is beautifully decorated and there is a lovely garden with veranda to sit out on. Four Winds is located in a quiet street in a very beautiful part of Wales! St David’s is literally a 5 minute walk from the house and there is so much to do. We couldn’t be happier with our stay, we even got to meet Nikki’s beautiful dogs! Thank you for a lovely stay Nikki

A great place to stay in St David's

Nikki was fab and we felt like we were staying with a friend, not at a B and B. The location was very good for exploring St David's itself and the surrounding coast and country. Breakfast was great and freshly made. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean.

Friendly. Warm. Quiet place.

Location great. Quiet. Clean. Close to St David’s (easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants etc). The place is run by a family who are lovely. Welcoming, warm, friendly, funny and helpful when asking questions about the local area! Cooked brekky was fab. Comfy bed and good tea and coffee facility in room.

Shower was a little weak. But otherwise everything was good.

Great views

Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming host. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and bright. The bed was extremely comfy and our room had amazing views. We enjoyed tasty, ample breakfasts cooked by our host. We could walk into St David's centre in 5 mins. We had use of the garden to sit out in, which had lovely rural views.

We found the ensuite bathroom rather cramped and the shower cubicle small. Also the hand basin was very small. It was difficult to clean your teeth without banging your head on the bathroom mirror.

Our first visit to St David's

Nikki our host was very welcoming, great location, great breakfast. Very quiet location with a nice short walk to the town centre. The room and ensuite were a good size, we had room 2 with a great view over the fields towards Ramsey Island. Off road parking was an advantage.

A small fridge would be useful within the room for milk, water etc. We bought milk daily for making flasks. The mattress topper did not match the size of the bed so a ridge each side made it slightly uncomfortable.

Lovely short stay in St Davids at Four Winds

The location was great—close to the town but on a very peaceful road. We could leave the car and walk everywhere. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great, which set us up for the day. Nikki is a knowledgeable, friendly and approachable host with lots of information for local walks, local dining, etc.

Hidden gem of the realm

This place is a hidden gem of the realm and we were simply overjoyed when staying there! Nikki is a perfect host, breakfast was very good and in a lovely surrounding overlooking a spacious garden. The decor of our room simply blew our minds - we came to see the puffins on Skomer Island and got a room filled with puffins from the bottom to the top! :-) Even though it was a bit small and the sink was outside the bathroom, we could not complain - beds were very comfy, the room was pristine clean and we had a nice view from the window overlooking a meadow. Nights were quiet, with practically no cars to be heard outside our window. The B&B is very close to the center as well. If I ever come back to St David's, this will be the place I'll be staying in!

An enjoyable weekend in a lovely location, for coast walking in the sunshine, and peal ringing at the Cathedral!

Well set up and equipped, located close to the centre of St David’s, with easy walking access to pubs and shops and restaurants, plus the coast. Plentiful breakfast! Quiet - waking to bird song rather than traffic was very refreshing. WiFi and TV were fine.

We were in the smallest of the three rooms, which was a bit small for a 4 night stay, although very comfortable. The rather small sink outside the toilet and shower room was a bit impractical.

Fabulous!

Loved this place and booked the outside jacuzzi. Breakfast was great! Loved the room with Puffins and the owner Nikki was so friendly as well as her cute little French bull dogs.. sweet! Would book again for sure loved it!!
