The setting. The decor. The comfort of the bed. So many helpful items were available. It was easy to drive out for an evening meal.
We were going to the hotel for a full breakfast but opted for the in-house continental. It was perfect and the staff were so pleasant and efficient.
Nothing really.
Maybe have some soft music at breakfast. It was deadly quiet and couples were whispering to each other!

The details that made our stay enjoyable: fresh milk, coffee machine in room, lovely toiletries. Friendly and efficient staff. Arty ambiance and beautiful setting. Proximity to cathedral, bars and restaurants.
