Warunki bardzo przyzwoite, czysto i schludnie. Lokalizacja dobra, szczególnie jeśli korzystamy z komunikacji publicznej lub busów. Generalnie wszędzie dość blisko, nawet na pieszo.
Terenu do relaksu po trasie wkoło obiektu brak. Widokowo również słabo (gęsta zabudowa), ale to wszystko zależy kto czego oczekuje. Parking również minimalistyczny. Trzeba się na nim wzajemnie zastawiać, co może być kłopotliwe, jeśli chcemy się w ciągu dnia wydostać, a właściciele zastawiających pojazdów są np. daleko na szlakach. Balkon chyba tylko w jednym apartamencie + jeden ogólnodostępny.

Lokalizacja obiektu jest na prawdę świetna . Wszędzie blisko .
W sypialni trochę niewygodne łóżko ( przynajmniej dla mnie ) . I mieszkało z nami kilka pająków w sypialni ale to wiadomo mogą pojawić się w każdej chwili .

Gulta bija izgulēta, nebija atslēgas, lai izmestu atkritumus, uz vannas istabu jānomaina durvis, jo ļoti plānas, knapi aiztaisās ciet, sanāk, ka toletes pods gandrīz istabā
