Everything was perfect: clean apartment, underground parking, enough comfortable beds/sofas, one of the apartments had marvelous view to Gubalowka mountain. It was easy to reach town center, main grocery shops was close enough by foot. The guy who showed us around was friendly and helpful, easy to understand.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very spacious and comfortable – perfect for a family with kids. Having a parking spot was a big plus. Our children absolutely loved the pool – even though it was a bit crowded, it was a wonderful way to end the day. The location was excellent – just a 7-minute walk from the main street.
If anything, the check-in time could be a little earlier to make the arrival more relaxed.

Very clean and spacious property, close to supermarkets and great restaurants.
The pool was very busy with children until late, however it is a family friendly property so we did understand.

Location is good but if you have mobility issues it’s too far to walk to Main Street.
We booked 2 apartments. Both were really roomy, beds were comfortable and furnishings were good.
The idea of having spa facilities is good. However it is disconnected from apartments buildings, way too small for that amount of people. poor changing facilities, no towels etc. I think there should be information on website about bringing your own towels, robes etc.
The biggest issue is that this facility is the collection of individual owners with limited central organization. This means no central reception, this means no person to go to when we had a problem with neighbors parting and screaming until 3 am. Regardless of rules preventing parties after 10 pm.
The rooms we booked looked a little jaded, for example our mattress was full of stains and should’ve been replaced or at least covered with mattresses protector.
