Közel van a városközponthoz, a Gubalowkához is, így gyalogosan is megközelíthetőek, ami a szezonban, amikor tele a város autókkal, és parkolni szinte lehetetlen, nagyon előnyös. A ház elosztása nagyon jó, minden szinten van wc és mosdó. A szauna is szuper.
Az első emeleti zuhanyban csak esőztető van, kézizuhany nélkül nem lehetséges száraz hajjal megúszni egy fürdést. Zuhanysapka biztosításával ez a hiányosság kiküszöbölhető. Illetve a lenti szinten lévő zuhanyzó ezt a kis problémát orvosolni tudja.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته اتمنى ان يكون هذا التعليق مفيد وينال الإعجاب.. اهم مايميزهم هو النظافة. وكرم وضيافة أصحاب المنزل. عدد الغرف خمس غرفة واسعة، عدد الاسرة ستة اسرة، ثلاث حمامات بواقع خمام في كل دور، طاولة الطعام ثمان أشخاص، مطبخ متكامل، يوجد موقف للسيارة، يوجد سونا مع مروش كبير ولم استخدمه. الموقع جميل صاد وهادئ وقريب من كل شئ.
لم يعجبني الاثاث قديم، اغطية الاسرة كذلك، صغر المروش،
