Miłe miejsce, idealne na wypady w góry, bardzo nam się podoba spokojna okolica wokół obiektu. Wszystko czyściutkie i dobrze wyposażone. Piękny widok z naszego okna.

Nice balcony with good view

Small studio apartment. We chose this apartment primarily because of the outdoor jacuzzi in the snow — that was the main reason we booked it. And unfortunately, this turned out to be the biggest disappointment of our stay. It turned out that the jacuzzi must be reserved one day in advance and only for specific time slots, subject to availability. If you are staying for just one or two days, it is very unlikely that you will be able to use it. This information was not clear to us at the time of booking, and essentially we did not get what we chose this apartment for. The only real positive is the beautiful view — it is truly nice. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing. There was not even salt and pepper in the kitchen. When we asked the host about it, we were told that it is supposedly not allowed by law. We have stayed in many apartments across the country, and basic items like this were always provided. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom, so all the water ends up on the floor after taking a shower. When we asked questions for clarification, we were sent a link to the listing on Booking.com in Polish, in a rather unfriendly tone, where this information was allegedly stated. We had not seen this detail. The listing also mentions a washing machine — it does exist, but in a different apartment and for an additional fee (about +700 PLN). Communication with the host was unpleasant. The responses to our questions felt cold and even rude. There are many other apartments in the area where the hosts will not negatively affect your stay.
