Lokalizacja, super wyposażenie i garaż z wejściem bezpośrednio do apartamentu - duża wygoda !
Zimno. Jako że apartament jest na parterze, przed oknami wysoki płot, słońce tam nie dociera. Jest przez to ciemno i zimno. Byliśmy jak na zewnątrz było 30 stopni, a my z córką w bluzach siedziałyśmy w pokoju. Jak ktoś nie jest zmarzlakiem jak my i lubi chłód to będzie zadowolony ;)

Klejące się blaty w kuchni, pozostałości włosów na ścianach łazienki oraz problemy z zasięgiem i internetem.

Widoki, parking, wygodne łóżka, sporo miejsca
Kuchnia mogla być lepiej wyposażona, bateria pod prysznicem ciężka do ustawienia temperatura, trzeba być też przygotowanym że w okresie letnim przy niskich temperaturach nie ma ogrzewania w apartamencie i jest zimno

Garaż przypisany do apartamentu z którego bezpośrednio było wejście do mieszkania. Lokalizacja też na plus.
