Really good size apartment, good facilities! The pool was a bonus! Big balcony with lovely views!

We loved the simple life of having a smaller space, it showed us that we don’t actually need more. We had a lovely view of the mountains. It was cosy and had everything you needed. The pool and sauna were a massive hit with the kids.

We loved the apartment but a couple of things needed attention - - signs of damp on the bedroom and lounge walls - beds weren’t very comfortable - the curtains could do with renewal as old and very light (black out would be great) - coffee machine temperamental - the pool never got above 34.5 (this may be normal but was a little chilly)

The property was excellent, clean, well appointed with sauna and very large hot tub. Great restaurant across the road and a small mini mart 2 mins walk away. We took taxis to main town, but no hardship, and generally between 60 and 100 PLZ. Would definitely use this apertment again.

Could have been a little closer to main town, but this caused no problem as taxis were available to call and reasonably cheap.

It’s a nice modern house, very stylish. The beds were comfortable and the location was good. It’s nice that there was a sauna and a pool, but it wasn’t perfect, the pool was a bit too cold. There’s a nice kitchen with all the things you might need to cook. The view and the terrace were really cool.

I’ve seen better service for lower prices. I understand that we stayed right on Christmas, but still the service quality was a bit disappointing. When we arrived, we didn’t have enough towels and sheets for everyone, it seemed that they prepared the room only for 2 people, although there were 4 of us. I had to call the manager to find out where the rest of the towels and sheets were. They were hidden under the bed, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. We booked a place with a sauna and a heated pool for a reason, but unfortunately we didn’t get any bathrobes that were promised in the description of the property. We were told that it was because we were staying only for a night and there wasn’t an option to pay a bit extra to get them, which was really upsetting. The pool and sauna experience was meh, the pool was too cold. They have a breakfast option, but it’s a catering company that delivers cold food to your door and you have to call there yourself to order. Also it was my very first property on booking that didn’t have any shower gel and shampoo. Just weird. Was it again because we stayed only for a night and they thought that we wouldn’t need to shower?
