Location was great and the people working at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant.

There were no hand towels or face cloths. There were no paper towels and dishes towels. The counter had some crumbs on it but no big deal the pool hours should start earlier. They should have a sign up sheet for time slots or have two time slots for swimming earlier in the day kids and later in the evening adults. That way everyone can enjoy the pool and hot tub. To many people all at once the pool isn't very big. Other than that everything was great not sure if things are done differently in Europe we are from Canada.

Very handy for the centre.

Blinds needed sorting, a few maintenance issues that could be easily sorted.

The location

In the living room the terrace door was screwed in and some of the lamps and connectors was not working. The TV was different and smaller from the photos

Double Bed - terrible. We were travelling for 4nights with a 4yo, who sleeps with us. The bed was like 1.2m wide and springs in mattress were bothering all night. Honestly I woke up like 10 times a night because parts of the body were hurt. I asked for upgrade but the staff said they were fully booked but I checked the booking.com and there were free higher tier rooms available. Guy from reception said he will let me know if there are cancellations but didn’t even check which room I was living in or how to contact me.
